Timely and informative, I loved reading it. Ends right before the fall of Roe. Every liberal should read this. As this is an ARC copy there were errors. Also, I think the notes should have been at the bottom of the page rather than at the end. Recommended reading.
Andrew Siedel does it again! This is an excellent analysis, not just an overview, of the Court's position on "religious liberty" and the potential impacts to our rights over the coming years. We are already beginning to see this as the Court takes on cases in the 2022 term, but have no doubt that additional limitations on our constitutionally recognized freedoms are to come. I think this book has a particular audience and may not read well to everyone but for me it's a MUST READ!
