I received an advanced reader’s copy in exchange for an honest review

Six women go away for a location hen party and only five survive. Was it the evil mother or sister-in-law? The husband’s drop dead gorgeous female best friend? The wealthy cousin with the unfortunate name? The mousy, too-nice bride-to-be? Or her fierce defender of a maid of honor?

If this is your kind of thing, you’re gonna love it. The tropes are all there but they’ve done to the greatest satisfaction. Five perfect beach read stars.

Thank you NetGalley and HarperCollins UK, One More Chapter for the copy of The Bachelorette Party. This is a clever ‘locked room’ mystery with an interesting cast of characters who all have something to hide. It’s a party weekend so there’s a lot of drinking and revelry and then it turns deadly. The book then shifts to the investigation as each person is interviewed and we find out who died. I really liked how we learn enough about the detective and her past so she is a solid character, not just a prop. The other characters were not very likable and I felt sorry that Rosalee had to invite her future in-laws after they had been mean to her. This is an easy, fast-paced book that would be perfect to read while you’re lounging by the pool.

YAY! Vacation Gone Wrong Thriller Alert, and it's a GREAT One!

Who wants to go to a bachelorette party in New Orleans?
Rosalee is marrying Asher Beake, something she can hardly believe. The only problem is he comes as a package with his horrendous mother and sister and his best friend Georgia. All three will be attending the women's party along with Rosalee's best friend and cousin. In New Orleans 6 women will feast and be pampered in a large mansion near the French Quarter. There is only one problem, one of them won't make it out alive !

Told in a series of flashbacks and police reports, this is a twisty thriller that you will not guess, Guaranteed! If you love a vacation -gone-wrong, a locked room -style murder mystery, or just want to tag along for someone else's bachelorette, The Bachelorette Party is for you!

Oh The Tangled Webs Woven! 😳😯🤯

I know you're probably thinking "oh fluff another bachelorette party thriller novel?!" But this one was so delish! There's just something about hostility, deception, lies and craziness that appeal to me with these ones! It was so juicy with the crazy secrets each character had and the different view points never gets confusing and adds to the deception. The suspense is amped up right from the first page and doesn't end.

Mყ 𝐒ყɴ𝐨ρѕιѕ: What could be better than an extravagant bachelorette party weekend in New Orlean's with your best friend, cousin-practically-sister, fiancée's best friend, soon to be sister-in-law and mother-in-law?
Rosalee is finally getting to marry the love of her life since she was a kid, Asher. His mother Elizabeth and sister Bri, are less than thrilled. Asher's best friend, Georgia, is happy for him but with ulterior motives. Rosalee's best friend, Mara & practically sister, Tinsley, plan an epic celebration for her party in a fab house in New Orleans. But right off the hop, things are set in motion to become a deadly ending weekend from secrets, deception and lies.

Be ready for some shockers, some crazy revealings and how the ending ties together is delish. If you loved The Bridesmaids by Victoria Jenkins, you'll love this! I flew through this fast-paced, slightly shorter book and I was enamoured. So delectable like your favourite comfort food or desert. Family drama, high tension, & endless mystery. So yum!

Thank you to NetGalley & HarperCollins UK for this ARC.
