Fascinating… A beautiful story that captures your attention and your heart from beginning to end. Bears all the hallmarks of a great film. Great that disability was incorporated into the storytelling.

I had not heard of this Author before, but I was offered a copy of this book to review. I probably wouldn't have read it if I had not received a copy of it, but I'm so glad that I read it. I really enjoyed reading this book.
This book is quirky and unique. I loved the protagonist Jenna. I too have mobility problems, but I do not need to use a wheelchair. I could emphasise and relate with Jenna very well. When she was on a walk which turned out to be unexpectedly long or bumpy. It is a problem that I come across often, especially if I am going out with other people who don't realise how difficult it is. It was great that this issue was discussed in this book as a lot of people don't realise how difficult it is.
I absolutely loved reading about the Guinea Pigs, I used to have 2, and I miss them a lot.
This was a quick, easy and enjoyable read. I loved reading it and I will definitely be reading more books by this author
Thank you to Netgalley and the Publisher for my ARC.

This book gets a big thumbs up. It's quirky, it's warm, it's romantic and it's life affirming.

Jenna used to believe in happy ever afters, but a chaotic childhood caused her to abandon those feelings, and to focus on stability and safety instead.

But finding a letter one day, is to change everything. Tracing its writer, Jenna meets with him to try to reunite him with his belongings. And so begins a grand adventure. And suddenly it seems like there just might be a happy ever after for Jenna, after all.

With bumps along the way, mad dashes to a train station, and a campaign to save her sister's guinea pig rescue centre, there is plenty of action. And I really loved Jenna as a character. Not defined by her disability, I thought she was a worthy advocate for those who deal with ignorance and accessibility issues. The moment in the pub car park is my stand out moment, it reduced me to tears. And for me, was the true definition of romance.

So cute!

One of her boyfriend's latest "jobs" is buying abandoned storage lockers and selling content on eBay. When she helps him clear out she finds an old boy with letters. Curious she can't let them go and reaches out to the author.

Jenna use to be OK with just happy for now in life, but then she sees that there could be more, that a happy ending, like the ones she read about, is possible.

It's just the sweetest story and I loved reading it!

Quick, chick-lit. Boy meets girl, there’s a huge misunderstanding and they split up. Then they get back together and everyone lives happily ever after. Simple and predictable story line but it was ok.
Thanks to netgalley and the publisher for the opportunity to read in exchange for an honest review.

A heart-warming, happy read that will surely fill you with joy.
I love Jenna, and it’s wonderful to have the main character have a disability which really does add to the story.
Jenna is a strong, independent woman who has had so many knock backs in her life but continues to be so kind and caring.
For the past thirteen years she’s been ticking along in her safe job and saving up for her wedding to her hapless boyfriend Matt.
I don’t see how Matt and Jenna are compatible at all but given her rocky childhood you can see how perhaps she settled for him.
The story starts with Matt partnering up with a friend to buy storage units and sell the contents.
In this first lot of contents, Jenna finds an intriguing letter in a box, and embarks on a quest to reunite some personal items with the owner Henry.
Jenna and Henry meet and subsequently become friends, they join together with Jenna’s sister and her partner, to save the local guinea pig rescue centre threatened by closure.
I enjoyed getting to know the guinea pigs and the photoshoot sounded very fun!
While battling to stop the planning application for new houses to be built on the site of the rescue centre, Henry and Jenna become closer, but can Jenna learn to trust someone and just what is stopping Henry from fully committing his time?
A sweet and romantic story that had me hooked. I was really rooting for Jenna and Henry.

A wonderful read, I couldn’t put this book down, but didn’t want it to end.

Jenna is one of life’s good ‘uns, she sees the good in everything and works hard to ensure she always has enough to do her.
Her life with her boyfriend is mainly happy, but when she discovers a letter in a box from an old container that her boyfriend has bought and she can’t help but contact the owner to find out more about its background.
That’s when Jenna meets Henry!
Jenna is about to realise that her life maybe isn’t happy enough and that changes are about to happen…..
A fabulous read, with likeable, realistic characters, and cute Guinea pigs, there’s not enough Guinea pigs in modern fiction!
Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy this book and new author, I look forward to reading her next work.

Finding a letter in a box leads Jenna to completely change her life. I loved that guinea pigs formed part of the story, and the respect her disability was given. A perfect summer read.

This isn’t the type of book I usually read but I was in the mood for something a little lighter than my usual murders and gore! I absolutely loved it and was thoroughly entertained from start to finish. It’s one of those stories that leave you thinking “That was so nice!”. Just one thought – why wasn’t there a guinea pig on the cover??? It was thrilling for me when we got on to the guinea pig stuff because I absolutely love them, and if there’d been any hint of guinea pigs on the cover I would have requested it immediately. Anyway, a cosy, interesting and heartwarming read that was very well-written. Fab!

I enjoyed this book very much. I liked the message of getting yourself out of your comfort zone and living (and loving) life, no matter what life throws at you. I really liked all of the characters and thought they were very well developed. I’d like a follow up focusing on Kat and Evie ….. and the guinea pigs (Snickers in particular) were a highlight. The only slightly negative point for me was the title which didn’t really fit- had the travels been the main focus then it maybe would have worked better. It didn’t detract at all from the story though! Great novel and already looking forward to the next one.

Thank you to #NetGalley and #OneMoreChapter for my advance copy of #LoveYouFromA-Z
Jenna is in a rut both at work and in the love life. Plodding on with nothing new, until through a quirk of fate she meets Henry. Is he the man she’s been waiting for. What follows is a lovely tale of love and confusion that will make you smile.
Perfect lighthearted beach read.

A gentle hug of a book optimistic and charming just what I needed .I wouldn’t usually reach for romance novels but I had an email from the publicist suggesting that I might like it as I had reviewed similar books relatively recently
This book was defined for me by 2 elements ,firstly it has a heroine who is disabled by mobility issues .I loved this the disability did not lead the story as is almost often the case with disabled characters in books it was simply there quietly in the background ,she deals with her pain as may of us do and lives her life with the disability refusing to let it define her
The second thing that grabbed me was there were guineapigs in the story line as the family run a guineapig rescue .I was surprised that the book art didn’t seem to feature these furry potatoes .surely a missed marketing opportunity.
The book is an easy calm read and left me feeling relaxed and optimistic
I read an early copy on NetGalley Uk the book

This is such a heart-warming, charming story which will leave you feeling all cosy, hopeful and cheerful.

This book is a wonderful book, it’s incredibly easy to read and the perfect remedy if you have found yourself in a reading slump, I can guarantee this cheerful book with soon be drawing you out.

I really loved the simplicity of the story, in essence, this is all about drawing yourself out of a rut and being brave enough to set out of your comfort zone, I think we can all say we are guilty of that, can’t we? (I know I am) sticking with something because it’s safe and we’re comfortabe and tht Is how I felt Jenna was living. She wasn’t miserable as such, but she wasn’t living her best life, it’s a chance find that opens the doors for an adventure which will change her whole way of looking at her life.

I really really connected with Jenna, the author has created a wonderful character, she doesn’t allow her disability to take charge of her life and proves that no matter what difficulties you may face in life you can live it to the fullest if you are brave enough to venture forward.

On the surface, this book is a cutesy finding yourself and discovering that happily ever afters does happen type of story, but beneath that cheery exterior lies the heart of something far more real and emotional, this has a lot of emotion and heart threaded throughout, yes it’s a cute story of a woman who has finally realised that she isn’t quite as happy as she thought and that there is more that she wants, but there is a very clever nod to living with disability and gambling issues, and there are aspects of the book which so many people can relate to.

I loved the story, I was fully invested in Jenna’s life and seeing how her little adventure played out, it’s utterly heart-warming seeing her grow and seeing her courage and confidence grow she doesn’t so much on her journey and in the end result is a magical and thoughtful story of living life the very fullest.

I believe (though I could be wrong, I usually am) that this is Linda Corbett’s first published novel, how extraordinary!! This book is pure class and I look forward to reading her future books.

Love You from A-Z is a cosy read that is a hug in book form. I didn’t know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised, it had loveable (and not so loveable) characters of human and furry variety – Jenna is our leading lady and is very organised and safe; she doesn’t want a life of risk but her partner seems to be the complete opposite and gets himself (and her) into risky, silly situations that she has absolutely nothing to do with but will always have to deal with the consequences. With each disaster or risk Jenna starts to realise they aren’t on the same page after all.

Soon Jenna finds herself in a whole different situation as well as living arrangement, but the positive in this is that she gets to meet Henry. He is confident, adventurous (in a good way) and could provide a more stable future but she really doesn’t know if he is just for fun right now or if it could work out in the long term.
Henry provides romance, safety and allows her to support her sister who’s guinea pig rescue is at risk. He learns the adjustments Jenna needs and brings her such happy times; it all seems too good to be true.
Jenna and her sister soon learn that appearances can be deceptive, but is there more to it than they think?
It is really refreshing to read a story with a main character with a disability, who needs an element of organisation and pre-planning in their lives yet still would like to experience things able bodied people do. Jenna is a good character and she wants it all, safety, security, romance and even adventure – she doesn’t want her disability to define her. The stories focus isn’t on her disability but is cleverly woven into it.
A lovely read with interesting characters and funny moments that will make you see guinea pigs in a new light.

I was expecting something more from this book, from the blurb I read, and perhaps because of the title. It feels as though the title was an afterthought. It comes from a line at the end of the book, but Jenna started her travels towards the end of the alphabet, although Henry had done the whole alphabet, most of it with another woman! I know they planned to restart the alphabet, but that wasn't what the book was focussed on. I also thought the letter mentioned in the blurb would be old, not recent. The book wasn't as "magical" as the blurb makes out. That said, it's a nice read, though not one that gripped me. Jenna was nice enough, but I felt she used Matt in a way until someone better came along. She was a little childish at times too. I liked Henry, and theirs was a gentle romance. The stars of the show were the guinea pigs. I loved the subplot about the rescue place. Jenna's sister was a great character, as was her partner. I would have liked to hear where they ended up. There's no mention of it at the end of the book, only that the rescue centre was obviously still running. I thought Jenna's disability was dealt with very sensitively. Lots of good points. With thanks to NetGalley for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

There are times when a book’s heroine captures your heart – and Jenna certainly had a place in mine from the very beginning. Partner Matt – how on earth did those two get together in the first place? – has grabbed the redundancy money from his steady job and placed his trust in Parry’s money-making scheme of buying up storage units and selling their contents on eBay. That makes Jenna feel very uncomfortable – after the experiences of her childhood, she rather likes steadiness and stability, working in the financial sector where clear rules apply (although there are those who sometimes try to bend them).

So when Matt finds he can no longer pay the rent – or even worse, is unwilling to prioritise it, or her concerns – she decides enough is enough and moves out to live with her sister and partner at their guinea pig sanctuary. She has a lovely new friend in Henry – she met him after finding a letter in one of Matt’s consignments, restoring to him one of his treasured possessions – and his company keeps her going (and looks like it might have the potential to be something rather more) as she licks her personal wounds and joins the fight to save the sanctuary from the developers. But the course of love doesn’t flow smoothly, and it looks as if Henry might just be another of the men in Jenna’s life who have let her down.

I can honestly say that I loved everything about this book. Jenna herself is a wonderful character – feisty and funny, but vulnerable too for so many reasons. She lives with a significant disability – she’s frequently in pain, can’t walk quickly or stand for long, rough ground and steps are a no-no, and her balance sometimes leaves a lot to be desired. The way her disability is played into the story is just superb – never more of a big deal than her need for security after her childhood experiences or her disbelief that an attractive man might find her fanciable, never defining her but just part of her everyday reality. And it gives rise to some of the loveliest moments – Henry’s offer (and, I must say, he’s a wonderfully drawn character too) of the Jane Austen manoeuvre or the Charge of the Light Brigade had me in tears of sheer joy.

The conflict that stalls their nicely developing relationship is so well handled – and the race against time to put things right again had me on the edge of my seat, so hoping for that widescreen cinema climax. I adored and was totally invested in their developing romance, every awkward moment, all the moments of uncertainty – and the wonderfully witty exchanges between them both.

I must mention some of the supporting cast too, because the characterisation is just fantastic. I really liked her sister Evie, and the relationship between them – and Evie’s partner Kat is quite wonderful, with her absence of filter and foghorn voice. I enjoyed Jenna’s workplace relationships too – very real. And then, of course, there are the guinea pigs. Now I’ll admit I’ve never really seen their attraction – but by the end of this book I’d entirely fallen in love with Snickers and his friends, and (while I might still draw a line on adoption…) I’d certainly be first in line to buy a copy of their fundraising calendar. Snickers’ adventures after being returned to the wrong enclosure really made me laugh out loud – but I thought all the humour in this book was perfectly judged and quite beautifully done.

At the book’s end, there was an extract from the author’s next one – What Would Jane Austen Do? – and I’m already really looking forward to it (but what a place to end!). I very rarely add a brand new author to my “must read” list, but I’d urge everyone to keep an eye on Linda Corbett. This book was simply wonderful, and I’d recommend it without reservation – a perfect read.

'Love You From A-Z' by Linda Corbett is an enjoyable, enchanting, absorbing read from the beginning. As a hopeless romantic, this had me fantasising about what I would do if I found a note addressed to someone else from their previous partner! This book has all my favourite things entwined together - handwritten letters, romance and an unpredictable conclusion.

The writing style makes this an easy-to-digest, fast-paced plot, with the added element of anticipation and excitement about what is coming next for the characters. The main characters are likeable and relatable, and although the concept of this plot has been done before, this is one of my favourites of this genre.

Highly recommended reading, perfect for summer '22. If you love a romantic, heartwarming read, this is definitely for you. 'Love You From A-Z' is available to buy now!
