Intriguing, intense and incredibly sizzling, His Hollow Heart is a captivating story.

The push and pull between Bella and Cal is just phenomenal. Their story is filled with so much raw emotion, pain, heartache, redemption and betrayal I was completely engrossed and felt everything - and the narration absolutely took this to the next level. bringing these characters to life!
With beautifully written characters that perfectly develop through the storyline, we get a glimpse into the ominous darkness surrounding Cori Cove, though there are still so many secrets yet to be uncovered.

His Hollow Heart by Rachel Leigh is a dark second chance romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Alexander Cendese and Elizabeth Russell. This is the first book in the Fallen Kingdom series.

I originally read the book when it was first was released and was so excited when Rachel announced it was being released on audio.

I love Rachel's books! I was pulled in from the first chapter and couldn't wait to see what was going to happen next. I am loving the chemistry between Bella and Callum. Their story is messy, but you can't help but root for them. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of view throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

The book ends on a cliffhanger but that wasn't a surprise since it's the first book in the series. I can't wait for the next book in the series Her Broken Pieces to be released on audio.

Alexander and Elizabeth did a great job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I would recommend this book if you like dark romances, second chance romances, or romantic suspense.
