While this book used their own vernacular for different problems and solutions I felt like it was a really good book for couples. It's definitely a book that I think will be more useful if both partners use it together. The app is a great addition, but sometimes it might be clumsy to use when you're upset to get out your phone to check the app. But overall, I can see this book really helping many couples.
