Overall, the story was cute, but the graphics felt like clip-art. This book is perfect for kids ages 4-7 years old. Thank you to NetGalley for an Advanced Reader's Copy (ARC) in exchange for my honest opinion and review.

Lisette R. Alexander’s Mink, The Pink Sheep is a light and fun little book that will keep your very young readers entertained.
Young sheep Mink lives on a farm with many other sheep. One day while playing, Mink finds himself in a different field. He decides to set off on an adventure all by himself. When he finds a juicy strawberry patch, he returns to the other sheep with bright pink wool!
This is a cute and easy read! The book can also help toddlers to explore similarities and differences using the sheep. It will also gently teach kids about important and timeless values like sharing and friendship.
Mink’s exciting adventure is easy-to-follow. Alexander’s writing is simple, approachable, and very kid-friendly. The short and easy-to-read sentences are loosely rhyming with a good bit of repetition which makes the book fun to read out loud. But, I do think that some of the sentences are oddly constructed.
Mink is an adorable, adventurous, and relatable little sheep. He loves strawberries, exploring, playing, and sharing with his friends. He is very cute with his regular wool but I love the beautiful pink upgrade!
The full-page and full-color illustrations are cute, bright, and eye-catching. I really like all the sheep’s friendly and sweet little faces. I particularly love everyone’s matching pink wool!
🐑🐑🐑½ out of 5 sheep!
Mink The Pink Sheep is very adventurous sheep. He likes to explore around whatever it takes. One day, he stumbles a strawberry patch. He eats until full and rolled around getting it colored his wool with a bright pink. Beautiful isn't it? Then he takes his friends to strawberry patch to have the same experiences as his. What a chaos and stunt when the farmer saw their color!
I give 4.5 ⭐ for colorful illustration and fun story.
Thanks to @netgalley and the publisher for earc inexchange of an honest review.
Mink the sheep loved strawberries. Rolling in the strawberries turned him into the Mink the Pink Sheep. He shared his love for strawberries with his other sheep friends who loved his pink color. A fun read to enjoy with your toddlers.
A special thank you to the author and Netgalley for the ARC and the opportunity to post an honest review.
This was a lovely story about differences. How we should all embrace change because it's a wonderful thing. Even if the people on the outside views you as crazy. The problem I had with this book was the format .
This is a funny book, where a sheep called Mink rolls around in a field of strawberries and then becomes pink! My daughter and I loved the book, and we were laughing a lot. Her favourite colour is pink, so of course, this was amazing to her that the sheep was pink. I wonder how the farmer and the other sheep on the farm react to Mink the sheep being pink? Great book!
Many thanks to the author, publisher and NetGalley for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
Cute children's story that would be appropriate for older infants and all toddlers that explores differences and similarities using a sheep and a field of strawberries. I would read this in my toddler classroom as a tool to start exploring the topic of different and the same and how we feel when we are different. I voluntarily reviewed an advance readers copy of this book.
