This book dropped into my netgalley feed at the right moment that I needed it. The book is well written with great prayer guidance. The bible verses that were chosen at the bottom tied in nicely. I found myself waking up a little bit early so that I could dig in and start my day.

I received an ARC of, Everyday Moments with God, by Valorie Quesenberry. I really enjoyed this inspirational book. The book itself is so peaceful and beautiful. There are some many great prayers to say and meditate on.

It wasn’t what I expected. It was mostly just prayers but no reflections. I was hoping for more reflections on the prayers instead of just one prayer on one page and another on the other page. It would have been nice to see why the author came up with the prayer, or maybe a little lesson or something. I don’t know what I was expecting but I was expecting more.

What a comfort this book brings to me. Especially in our times right now. This book helps calm me when I need a moment. This is a book I will come back to again and again.
