When I first got my hands on this baby, I was all kinds of excited. I loved the previous books and Jade was a fav, but then a weird book slump happened and I put it off because I didn’t want my “mood” to possibly influence my reading. So, I waited…and waited and FINALLY dove in and I freakin’ loved Jade and Maverick’s journey, as well as hanging out with the crew from Live Life Adventures.

As I said, I already liked Jade after meeting her in Rushed and was crossing my toes that we’d get more of her and we did. She’s sweet, sassy and though her world has gone sideways, she’s still more optimistic about her future than pessimistic. Maverick was all kinds of protective goodness, I wouldn’t call him full on grumpy and broody, but it was a bit close. And though his heart has been battered and bruised, it’s still all kinds of golden.

Their journey to their HEA was all kinds of goodness. Jade and Mav try their hardest to keep their distance ~ physically and emotionally ~ but they fail in every way. They hit a couple of bumps in their road, but as they were both dealing with their pasts and how it has colored their views on their futures and relationships, it wasn’t all that surprising. But they just worked for me. Their bantering, chemistry and just how they flowed when they were together made it easy to believe that they were meant to be.

This was a fun read. The angst is quite low, though there are a few moments that definitely make things just a little more interesting. It was a lot of fun to catch up with the Montana crew and see how everyone is doing in their relationships. I’m crossing my toes that there will be more from this series because there are a few that are still single that I wouldn’t mind seeing get their HEA’s but, if there isn’t, this was a great way to end things.

Small-town romance is a new guilty pleasure for me, and Reckless delivered all the goodness I associate with this trope!

A strong and sexy alpha male, a small-town setting and swoonworthy moments kept me coming back for more.

I have read several other books by Aurora Rose Reynolds, and her storytelling never disappoints.

Note; because I’m awesome I didn’t realise this was part of a series so now I’m going to have to go and read them because this one was so enjoyable!

This is the typical Aurora Rose Reynolds gold. And I honestly struggle so hard to review her work. Every time I pick up one of her books I know what I am going to get with the writing style I adore, characters I am a little obsessed with and an awesome story that has me dying to get to the end and dreading it in equal measure. And then the inevitable happens, I devour the book and regret having read it so quickly and then I sit down to review it and my brain just goes “umm it’s ARR why wouldn’t they have already preordered it and be waiting for it to land on their kindle?”

Jade and Maverick were such a cute couple once they got together and I really had so much fun watching them get there. The book was like catching up with old friends, I couldn’t wipe the smile off my face. And then Maverick went and pulled a stupid man move and I wanted to slap him, but everyone else beat me to it.

And then we got the most perfect of epilogues. And now we go back to waiting for the next book.

Reckless is book three in Aurora Rose Reynolds' Adventures in Love series. All books can be read as standalones.

Being stranded in a snowstorm wasn't Jade's idea of a perfect start to her new life but spending time with the sexy Maverick was no hardship honestly. He's a friend of a friend and a welcome distraction to all the chaos in her life. Despite the delay, Jade lands on her feet with her best friend, who is actually closer to family and starts putting one foot in front of the other on her new journey.

This is a low angst, cute story of a woman starting over after a toxic relationship ends. Although I didn't see anything reckless about Jade's approach to moving on, I guess picking up and moving across country would be reckless to some. I enjoyed the story even if it was a bit tame for me. She and Maverick sort of just fall into a relationship with little effort and fit each other remarkably well. The close knit friend group complicated things slightly in the beginning but there was very little to cause drama in their relationship. All in all, I love this friend group, this town and Jade and Maverick together!

Reckless is the last book in the Adventures in Love series and a fitting ending to a fun and romantic series. This follows the last man standing, Maverick and Jade, a friend/sister of one of the previous main characters in the other books. They have instant chemistry and you are rooting for them to get together. The conflict is fairly minor so its not a really complicated story and seems to be a means to get to the Epilogue where all the stories are wrapped up. It was sweet and cute and had a great ending.

Slow, sweet angsty read that left me speechless. An emotional quick love story. Enjoyed these sweet moments between the characters.

I’ve enjoyed this latest series by Aurora Rose Reynolds, but as with book two, the title oversells things a bit.

Reckless is a sweet story about a girl who gets swindled by a boyfriend and loses her book store, so she picks up her life and moves to the small town in Montana where her best friend lives. She already has a place to live (her friend has a workshop on her property that they’ve renovated to include living space), a built in framily (her best friend’s husband has business partners, one of which also has a girlfriend), the perfect location for a new bookstore magically became available, and she already knows the hot guy who rescues her from a snowstorm. So…not really anything reckless happens during this book at all.

But a couple things kept me from completely enjoying this book. There were a lot of repetitive explanations (who people were, what they said/did, etc). And if you’re going to write dual POV, give us at least close to an equal amount of heroine to hero chapters; only four of the 21 chapters, and then epilogue, were written from the hero’s point of view. Maybe it’s just me that gets cranky about that???

But overall, this story was a decent read. I really enjoy small town stories, and I love books with friends who are more like family. Add in that there was no over-the-top alpha behavior by the hero and reading this book wasn't a bad way to spend a couple nights.

I really enjoyed this story. It was a very easy to read story that was also enjoyable. I liked how it all developed, nothing felt rushed or like I needed more from the story. A great couple with a fantastic story.

Reckless is the 3rd book in the series and we follow Maverick and Jades story. This was a bit too insta lovey for me I didn’t really feel much of a build up between the pair. There was a bit of interaction between them but not loads before they were getting it on. I enjoyed the side story with Jade trying to make a fresh start after the collapse of her business and I enjoyed revisiting old characters. Overall an ok story

Aurora Rose Reynolds has got a brand new book out y'all and while it might not an infamous Until book.. it's just as good y'all in so many different, yet familiar ways when it comes to an ARR love story.

Reckless is the final book, a standalone, in her Adventures in Love series and this go round we have Jade and Maverick's story and just wait until you dive into this beauty. Packed to the brims with heart, heat, and allllll of those pesky feels... these two are gonna steal you a piece of your heart and your time during their story.

These two are a must meet and their story a must read. I just adored them loads.

I can't wait for the next ANY book by this brilliant author.

I can't recommend Aurora enough. I highly recommend this book y'all.

I absolutely loved Jade & Maverick. I loved this whole series!!! My first series that I read by Aurora Rose Reynolds and I get the hype. Her writing is worth the hype. I will be reading more by her in the future.

I voluntarily reviewed this book.

This is a sweet small town romance. The hero tries his best to help the heroine move forward in life. They are both sweet and the side characters add to the story. All in all it was a quick easy read.

This book wasn't really for me. I did enjoy some elements of the romance, but I'm not a big fan of cop and military romance and I don't always gel with the need to get married and have babies. I like romances that delve into other areas. That being said I'm sure if you are lookig for a more traditional romance this is a great pics.
Another things is I found the representation on the cover to be a little misleading. I generally try to find books with plus size representation because of the work I do. I kind of assumed the hero would be plus size because of the cover, but that was not the case. Again no fault of the book, trying to spot representation is hit or miss.
So I'm sure there are people who would love this book, but it just was not for me.

This one was another good addition to the Adventures in Love series! I’m not a huge fan of instant love story’s but this one was good and it held my attention!

This book is sweet and low on angst which was just what I was looking for!!Maverick is an alpha who protects Jade and these two were such a good couple!!

I can’t wait for the next installment in this series!!

When Jade’s life implodes she decides a change is needed and moves to Montana where her best friend Cybil now lives with her husband and new daughter. Maverick never saw himself as the guy to settle down but when his friends start to settle down he starts to wonder if that will ever be his future.

It’s easy to see that Jade and Maverick have a good physical connection as they tried really hard to fight their attraction to each other in the beginning. Words are not Maverick’s strong suit but his affectionate actions speak volumes but he needed to remember that he needed to uses his words also to communicate with Jade because that was something she needed from him. Both let past fears and insecurities cloud their connection and caused the struggles they had but once they overcome their issues they were able to move forward.

This is the third book in the Adventures in Love series by @auroraroser and each book can be read as a stand-alone as all important information is provided when needed. My favorite couple in the series is Cybil and Tanner; you can without a doubt tell they are perfect for each other and their connection is effortless and their love deep.
