This book follows Jade as she navigates to being betrayed by her boyfriend and losing her business. She relocates to Montana where her best friend has settled into wedded bliss. On her first night there, in a snowstorm, she meets Maverick, who rescues her. It is attraction at first sight, but both fight the feelings for quite some time due to their individual histories. Ms. Reynolds does a good job telling this story. In many ways it is a slow burn, although they do give into their lust fairly quickly. They do, however, take the slow route to developing deeper feelings. I really enjoyed this book and the epilogue was unique and one of my favorite epilogues ever. Really enjoyed this. Thank you NetGalley for an advanced copy.

Reckless (Adventures in Love #3) by Aurora Rose Reynolds is a contemporary small-town romance told in first person, dual POV with most of the story from the female main character’s perspective. Although it's the third book in the Adventures in Love series, it can be read as a standalone. Reckless follows the relationship between acquaintances Jade and Maverick after he rescues her from a blizzard during her move from Oregon to Montana.

I enjoyed Jade and Maverick’s story. As characters, I liked them both very much but also wished there were more chapters from Maverick’s perspective. This was a low-angst story that verged on instalove (my least favorite trope) but I don’t quite put it in that category because Jade and Maverick sort of knew each other through friends before the blizzard brought them together. Even though their attraction was immediate, and the relationship developed fast, it didn’t feel like instalove to me—which is a good thing. The title didn’t seem to fit the book, which overall was a happy, feel-good story. Recommended for anybody looking for a low-stakes, warm and cozy, quick romance.

This is a sweet low-angst, small town romance. Not really sure why the book is titled “Reckless" possibly because Jade takes another chance on a man after she's been hurt before? This book read like plain vanilla ice cream, it wasn't bad, it somewhat hit the spot, but there wasn't a whole lot going on. In all honestly, it was a little boring. Insta-love but kinda a slow burn in terms of actual relationship.

This book was fun and warm-hearted, and I enjoyed the character development as well as the growing romance between Jade and Maverick. I sort of wished Jade fought a little harder, and I wished the resolution wasn't so quick, but the warm fuzzies were still warm, fuzzy, and fun. Another good read from ARR.

Reckless was a good break in between the fantasy and dark romances I tend to gravitate towards. This was a feel good rom com that didn't have too much going against the couple. It is a third book in a series, so if you have not read the first two there are some spoilers about previous couples. It was my first book by this author and did not make a difference .

In the first handful of chapters of the book I thought Jade was unnecessarily bratty to Maverick, thankfully it doesn't last too long.

The unmentionable/ hidden items in her first book store and the bachelorette party scene were laugh out loud moments . Aurora Rose Reynolds' humor is present throughout this book and highly enjoyable.

Wreckless has a decent amount of steamy scenes that teeter the line of smut, there is no lacking of spice and are pretty ...delicious.

Some tropes for this would be :

* sexy former military man
*secret relationships
* couples in or around their 30s

I love this small town series and this one was pretty good it had moments where I shook my head and rolled my eyes at Mav. I was also confused why he had this sad puppy lost look in book 2 with someone name Ozzie?  and now falling for Jade? Did Aurora change couples?

Jade had a tough time she lost her job, home and ex who screwed her over so now she's moving to a new town and her bestie is helping her. But mother nature causes problems and she's stuck cue Maverick to the rescue the first moments was already tension between the two but Maverick was a cool guy alil Alpha but not fully. Right from the start he put up those walls because of his past. And as for Jade she had her walls up because of her trauma with exs or men.

Maverick did throw some mix signals that had Jade frustrated and myself to. He crashed her date which was horrible. And he slowly wanted more and didn't wanna fight the attraction anymore. But even if things were going good he did pull away near the end when the voice what they wanted about their future and glad at that moment Jade didnt settle good for her. Glad his friends and sister told him to get his head out his ass and fight for his woman.

These men are so easy to root for!!!

Oh these men in the adventures in love series. They are so honorable, very alpha and loyal to the core not only to each other but the women they fall for. Ready or not love will meet it’s match. Maverick and Jade were both completely against falling for anyone but their friends and those watching from above might just have a better idea.

The author writing is flawless, and the words are so captivating, the plot had so many twists and turns and none that I was expecting, and many shockingly intimate I have become a huge fan of these two authors. They write with so much intensity, humor and emotion pulled from each book it’s felt page after page. Some are quick witted story lines are so perfect and lets you believe you have a front row seat. So being able to read this love story didn’t disappoint. The authors ability to have two separate individuals struggling in their everyday life and try to navigate someone else’s thoughts, needs and desires was intense and gives all the fills.

Authors Blurb: Jade has always been the reckless type. But after her relationship implodes and her business goes under, she realizes it might be time to change her ways. She decides on a fresh start in a new place: Montana.

But shortly after her arrival in Big Sky Country, she meets headstrong wilderness retreat owner Maverick, whose name, fittingly, means “dissenter.” Jade tries to convince herself he’s not the type of man she needs in her life. The problem is, she wants him in her life. She wants him more than anything.

For Maverick, his attraction to this out-of-towner is undeniable. But he’s sworn off relationships until he gets to know the fiery-haired, fiery-tempered Jade. He can’t help but wonder if it’s worth opening himself up to her. It’s a gamble, sure. But is it reckless?

Or is love a high-stakes game of risk and reward that just might pay off in the end?

This book has everything I love in a book. Then you add that it's beautifully written and believable. It is easily a five star read. Written in dual POV my personal favorite this story flows so incredibly well that the next thing you know your 80% into the book and loving every second of it. The believable way the characters interact is perfect. Run, Hop, Jump or use your (1 click) finger to do whatever you have to do and get this amazing book. It'll break your heart, you'll want to scream with frustration and it'll let you discover that love just might conquer all. The chemistry is steamy and sweet and oh so romantic.

Thanks Netgally for letting me read and review.📚💕

Jade has a series of mishaps and decides to uproot her life and move to Montana where her best friend lives. Of course with her luck she gets stuck in the middle of a snow storm and her friend sends someone to pick her up from a rest stop where she was able to park. Maverick is a quiet mountain man who doesn’t believe in relationships. Too bad Jade is everything he needed and didn’t even know it!
This book is short and sweet and so cute, with the right amount of spice. Their love develops naturally between Jade finding her foot in Montana and Maverick always trying to be there for her, until Maverick lets his thoughts get on their way and almost misses on his HEA. I love that their friends are their family and are always there for them.
I’m thankful to Netgalley for allowing me to read this little gem ahead of release day.

This is the final book in the Adventures in Love series, and it’s a sweet, fast-paced romance that finishes off the series really nicely.

Jade was introduced in the first book of the series, Rushed, as the best friend of heroine, Cybil. Jade’s life in Oregon has just imploded and she’s desperate for a fresh start, so she decides to pack up and move to Montana to be near her best friend. And when she runs into trouble on the roads on the way there, she gets help from sexy mountain man, Maverick.

Maverick is the third of three best friends that run a wilderness retreat in Montana. He’s watched his two best friends meet women and fall in hard and fast love, and while he’s happy for them, it’s not what he wants for his own life. So when he dives in to help Jade when she moves to town, he wasn’t expecting to feel anything for her. But attraction quickly blossoms and though they both try to ignore it, neither of them wanting to start anything, the chemistry is too strong to fight.

I really liked Jade as a character. She’s smart, sensible and relatable, and is figuring herself out while bravely taking huge steps forward in her life. And like his friends before him, Maverick is the kind of man who takes what he wants. He’s a gentleman of course, but he’s very alpha about it, and when he decides to actually take the plunge with Jade, he’s all in from the very beginning. It’s sweet and sexy, and just the kind of functional, no-game-playing romance that I love from Aurora Rose Reynolds.

While they are finding their way together, Maverick’s group of friends dive in to help Jade get settled and set up with a new business, and I enjoyed watching that all come together for her. But not everything is straightforward, Jade and Maverick have different ideas about what they want from a relationship, and there’s a bit of soul-searching as they figure out what they mean to each other and what that means for the future. There is some drama, but it’s short-lived, and I loved watching them figure it all out.

Characters from the previous books are a big part of the story, and it was so nice to catch up with where they are at. There’s also an epilogue which finishes off everybody’s stories really nicely, providing great closure for the series.

This is a really sweet read. It’s a quick one, so there’s not the time to develop the kind of depth I prefer in a romance, but still a fun, angst-free read.

3.5 stars.

The 3 men in this Adventures in Love series were greatly written hotties that knew how to treat there women. I think ARR saved the best for last as Maverick was a hold out on love but couldn't resist Jade and her sweetness.

Jade is new to turn but best fiends with Maverick's best friend so it was a precarious position to be in dating wise if the relationship fizzled, especially since Jade is the new office manager at work.

The chemistry between Jade and Maverick was too strong and undeniable,. yet Jade is so gun shy after her previous relationships she decides they need to keep their romance a secret.

This entire gang of friends and family made for a great series. Their closeness makes it impossible not to notice the spark between Jade and Maverick so not many were taken aback when Maverick exposes their relationship in a romantic gesture after his jealousy rears its head.

But, as in life, everything isn't perfect and Maverick has to deal with his emotional trauma just as Jade did in order to move forward.

This book takes two amazing people down a reckless road of romance where they reign themselves in but thankfully release their fears and are ready to love.

Greatly written book and amazing series.

I received this book by Montlake via NetGalley in exchange for my honest review.

Reckless is the third book in this series and even though I didn't read the previous books I have to say that I enjoyed it. This is a sweet and loving small-town story about Maverick and Jade. . They both have to learn how to trust after being hurt. I love their connection and chemistry and I have to admit that I am a little jealous of Jade because she had a dream job -a little coffee bookstore. Maverick, even with lots of scars on his soul, is sweet and gentle and Jade is his other half. . Together, they are perfect. If you want to spend some relaxing time with the book, I recommended this one.
Thank you NetGalley and Montlake for this opportunity.

Like the other books in this series, Jade and Maverick's story is that kind of feel good, comfortable & warm read. There's nothing earth shattering, or at least I didn't relate much to the characters, but you are left with a big heart filled with romance, so it's a great win <3

I loved both Jade and Maverick, he is the silent type, but not much, but so loving and just easy going in his affection. Though he gets dirty and protective when the need arises. And Jade is the same easy going type of heroine, a bit more careful as she has been hurt before, with a great group of friends and wonderful relationships. What I loved the most about this book was Jade's strength to know and state her worth and the importance of her wishes, and not settle for less.

All in all, this was a lovely read, with charming characters and nice moments.

I received a copy of this in order to offer my personal view on it.

This is Jades Story. Lost everything and now on her way to her best friend to take the chance for a new life.

New chances and a new man in her life, but can the differences between them be saved?

A very sweet and emotional story, which i had great joy with reading. Here is no Boom like in her other stories, but it is also sweet.

I love the friends and all charakteres of these books. Especially Maverick, even if he sometimes didn't diserve it.

Have fun reading!

Reckless by Aurora Rose Reynolds is the third book in a series but i haven't read the others.

This story is about Jade and Maverick. Jade's life has got out of control so she decides to move and start over in Montana a small town where her best friend lives. Maverick is a good guy and you'll instantly fall for him from the start.
On her way to Montana - Jade gets stuck in a snow storm and Maverick helps her and this is how their story blossoms. I liked how the couple starts off as friends and you get to see their friendship grow and turn into more.
My only issue with this was that the book was over too quickly.

I am so in love with this series!!! I love the relationship between the three men and how the became brothers who aren't related by blood. I am happy they each got their happily ever after, especially Maverick. I have been rooting for him from book one!!! This story broke my heart in places, but luckily by the end it was out back together!! The story was so relatable, which is what made parts heartbreaking. I love a good romance and Aurora Rose Reynolds always hits the nail on the head!

Jade and Maverick had a beautiful and very sexy romance that made me feel the heartache and the happiness both of them felt in their journey together. They went from zero to one hundred real quick, and all the steamy bits were so good! Aurora Rose sure knows how to write intense chemistry with her couples, and let me tell you Maverick was one intense man.

It was great how Jade challenged him and he encouraged her to get out of her mind and go for what she wanted. They both will make you feel all the emotions in this book! It is not one you want to miss!

**3.5 Stars**

Reckless is a fairly quick and low angst read and is Jade and Maverick's story. Jade moves to Montana to be closer to her best friend, Cybil, after her life basically falls apart in Oregon.

Maverick is one of the co-owners of Live Life Adventures and tends to be a bit of a loner at times, going off on his own. All of his friends have now found love and have settled down, but settling down isn't really for him.

There was a definite insta lust/love quality to this book. There was some of that in the other ones as well, but I think I felt it more with this one as I didn't quite feel the connection between Jade and Maverick as much as I did the couples from the other books. I think the pacing of the story was a little off in that everything seemed to happen very quickly as the book seemed relatively short, so maybe that was part of it. I did feel like Jade and Maverick had good chemistry, I just would have liked to have gotten more of them dating and building their relationship. I also felt like the major conflict of the story was resolved extremely quickly and it seemed somewhat unrealistic.

I did enjoy the ending of the story but felt like there was a little much in the epilogue. I think it might have flowed better if the story was paced a little slower and developed a little more and some of the epilogue could have played out a little more in the actual story. The story was overall enjoyable and I did like the characters, and I overall highly enjoyed the series; this book just seemed a little too fast-paced for what I prefer.

I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced copy of this book. All opinions expressed are my own. Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for the advanced copy of this book.

This is a good book. The two main characters are Jada and Maverick. Jada is moving to be near her best friend. Maverick is best friends with Jada’s best friend husband, this is how they meet. There is an immediate attraction. The two of them have issues but together they work them out to fall in love and get married.

Reckless is book three in the series. It was light and sweet with a slow burn romance. Jade, Cybil's best friend has moved to Montana to get a fresh start. She runs into trouble on the way and is rescued by Maverick, Tanner and Blake's best friend. Jade and Maverick had an attraction and chemistry from the beginning. I loved them together! Also really loved the banter and friendship between everyone!

Did not really connect with this writing style. The story was cute, style just not for me personally. The constant inclusion of the tiny dog was a turn off. Overall a cute fluffy romance.
