I love the Buffy verse, and I was happy to step back into that world and get to see this story from a different perspective. Anya and Jonathan point of views are featured heavily, which I really enjoyed.
Thank you, Hyperion Avenue, for allowing me to read Big Bad early!
This book, oh this book, it was hilariously entertaining. The new take on the Buffyverse from the point of view of the villains is so original and enthralling. I loved it and adored the plot (except for the inclusion of Glory. I've always hated her for what she did to Tara, aka my favorite characater ever, and I'll never forgive her).
Every bloody bit as good as you'd expect a Lily Anderson Buffy book to be. A highly recommended purchase for YA and HS collections, but let's be real - the main audience is going to be millenials looking for that nostalgia hit, so maybe shelve a copy in adult fic too.
