I guess I liked this book more than some of the other reviews that I’ve seen. To me this was a quick read and a fantastic start to the series.

A fast read and good start to a new MC series. I do think it could have been longer by bringing in more detail on the rival gang as when the Viper’s Crew it seemed to be a one time hit and gone. I couldn't help but wonder why the Black Demons were so worse than Viper’s.
I did like the story of Kristina and Striker, he truly cared for her even if at times he wasn’t sure how to sow it. Tammy fell for him because first he became her protector, second because she had never felt kindness like this before.
Yes, I will read the next one as I can’t wait to see what happens as the series continues.

So I guess I liked this short little Motorcycle romance a bit more than some of the reviews that I have read. Kristina lives with her older abusive sister who sells her virginity to a horrible MC. Stryker, the VP of a rival and less horrible MC has been asked to protect her. Not a hardship since the much older Stryker has had his eye on Kristina for awhile. There is plenty of sexy times in this story but I enjoyed Kristina's back bone and how she made a place for herself in the MC, not totally understanding their ways and developed a relationship with Stryker where he listened to her feelings about things and wanted to make her happy. It was an enjoyable little read.

This book is a great little package of steam, drama and sex. This book is a great introduction in the new series worth your time.

Striker's Claim is the first book in the Vipers Crew MC series by Lila Fox. It is also the first book I've read by this author.

In this first book we meet Striker, who is the president of the Vipers Crew. He is asked to protect Kristina, who is currently living with her abusive sister. His motives for agreeing to the job are somewhat predictable - he's been lusting after Kristina since the first time he laid his eyes on her. Plenty of obstacles meet them on the journey and she manages to run away from him.

This is a fast read and contains one of my favorite things - an alphahole who will protect his woman at all costs. I enjoyed the read despite feeling like it ended rather abruptly. I assume this is because it's a series. Will definitely look up more from Lila Fox in the future!

Flove the cover and the blurb definitely appealed to me. Kris and Striker made a good couple. Her naïveté was shocking for her age and her situation was a little disturbing. I didn’t enjoy the book doing a complete one eighty half way through or the way the author rewrote the same situation three different ways. Choppy writing, scenes, and Striker felt mercurial. Three stars.

Thank you NetGalley for the eARC. This story was CUTE! finally i was able to get on board the boy/girl meet up. At least these one had known each other a little. I liked the whole love story and side story line with the sister.
