I came across Emmet Fox some 40 years ago in my early twenties when I was getting sober I thought I have read most of his works I still continue to re-read them. I have found that though most of his writings began in the early thirties I find that from his books I still find what I am looking for in daily life. I also see at times or feel that others have just taken some of his ideas or sayings and reworked them but are still his teachings so why change? Here is just an overview of some of his readings and you will get a good look at what I am talking about. For those in A.A., he was looked on quite a bit in the early beginnings of A. A and his mother was the secretary to Bill Wilson one of the co-founders and this is why he and some of his teachings were in the early part of A.A. still for me a good book.

This version of THE GOLDEN KEY by Emmet Fox contains the entire original edition of the work written in the early 20th century. While the language and style are dated, the premise is not: an individual's consciousness defines their experience of life. The clear and powerful statements are rousing, accessible, and ring true a century later. Focused into pithy, hard-hitting sections, this book is a fast read that will stay with me for a long time. I received an early copy of this book and these opinions are my own, unbiased thoughts.
