Love the book club template! Makes coming up with questions for your discussion easier! I wish more books had this option.

If By the Book is your on your book club reading lists, this insightful guide provides tidbits into Jasmine Guillorys thought process behind the book, thoughtful discussion questions and even an incredible margarita recipe. This is such a cute book club kit and I wish every book came with one.

I Inadvertently requested not realizing that it was for a Book Club and not the book. I do not belong to a Book Club and do not have the book so this is not applicable to me. I am sure that the kit is useful.

I apologize for my confused excitement at the possibility of reading a Jasmine Guillory ARC!

This was a super cute kit! I definitely think these kits are a fun way to shake things up for book clubs. I loved the bookmarks and recipes!

I do enjoy these sets. I loved the cover of ghis book it drew me into read so well.

This was such a fun addition to our book club! Loved the charcuterie board ideas and the writers exercises and advice! This was one of the best ones I’ve seen!

I love Jasmine Guillory but this was a little lackluster for me.

I enjoyed the overall story but there was something slightly missing in the characters for me. It was very typical misunderstood "playboy" and FMC who is almost muting herself, scared to follow her dreams or speak up for herself. They are all tropes I don't normally mind, I love grumpy sunshine but this was missing a wow for me. I wouldn't read it again.

I enjoyed this kit very much. When I read books I like when they include extra stuff like an interview from the author about what was going through their head while writing the book. I liked getting to know more about what Jasmine was thinking when it came to creating Isabelle's character and I also like the Q&A part because most of the questions were questions I had myself!

This was so interesting. This was a very different way to get more background on a book, and i really wasn't sure how i would like it in the start, i have to say if i see more of these i will defiantly try and get them. The interviews were my favorite part by far.

Having the author interview in this book club kit helped to bring me further into the world of the book. I like being able to see what the author has to say about their characters, world, and writing process. Giving writing tips is the perfect way to get future authors further involved in writing.

This book club kit was a great compliment to By the Book. I most enjoyed the interiew with author Jasmine Guillory - it added a behind-the-scenes feel, and provided a great launching pad for book club discussion. I also thought that the Charceteurie How Tos were a fun addition.

As a Disney fan myself, I was super excited to get the chance to see what Jasmine Guillory's thoughts were about this story. My friends and I loved this kit and the discussion questions were a great way to get us thinking more deeply about the story. My favorite part of this kit was the pen name generator. I also loved the book recommendations at the end of the kit. I am always looking for more romance recs so being able to get some insight about what is new is always helpful. I loved this book club kit and it really enhanced the experience of the story so much for me.

Elliot is co-owner with Irma, co-owner of the neighborhood independent bookstore. Elliot dies unexpectedly so Irma decides to sell the bookstore. Her daughters are upset when they hear that the bookstore is going to be sold as they spent happy hours there as children. Thom, Elliot’s romantic partner is upset about the bookstore being put up for sale too. Thom and Irma’s daughters decide to work together to stop the sale of the bookstore, each for their own reasons. Will they be able to stop the sale of the bookstore?

The author has written a book that includes eccentric characters and energetic relationships. There is humor throughout the story which I enjoyed. It includes the importance of family and friends relationship. I enjoyed Elliot’s recommendations for “real” books to read. I think I will be reading some of them. It’s a feel-good novel to read.
