This is the fourth book I have read by @kierstenmodglinauthor this year and I have loved them all! Her newest novel is being released in audiobook format in May and it is not to be missed! The domestic drama thriller is fast paced and has a terrific twist at the end! I finished this read in one day 😃 I recommend listening to this audiobook to find out what Edith’s husband is hiding from her!
Thank you @netgalley and @dreamscape_media for allowing me to listen to this audiobook ahead of publication in exchange for my honest review.

I read the arrangement and the amendment and fell in love so naturally I had to read the next one by my new favorite author! The twists and turns in her books get me every time. The suspense and the ending are unbeatable! You need to read these!

2.5 stars, rounded up
Kiersten Modglin's twisty thrillers are always entertaining. I can count on her books to deliver some great twists every time.
This book was entertaining in a soapy kind of way. I have said in a few recent reviews that I'm totally over gaslighting as a plot device, so thus the middle-of-the-road rating. The book is redeemed in the end with a clear, satisfying conclusion. However, in my opinion it takes way too long to get there and I missed out on the satisfaction of seeing things come together, we just get the play-by-play afterward. I get why the author chose to do that, it does have more impact overall with the element of surprise, but as a reader I would rather experience the story rather than have it told to me.
Edith (I had a very difficult time picturing her as a young woman, I know of zero young women with this name--why not Eden or Evie or something more contemporary?) is pretty dumb, or at least she comes across that way. How naïve can one person be, seriously? Especially in the end I rolled my eyes a bunch of times with things that she was clueless about (view spoiler)
I listened to part of this as an audiobook and the narrator was good, kept me invested in the tale. It was the storyline itself that took so long to get going and move past the gaslighting to the good stuff.
Overall, if you're looking for a fast-paced suspense book and can suspend a bit of disbelief for entertainment, this one will be just the book you're looking for.
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book, all opinions are my own.

Well, I can honestly say I didn't guess the outcome of the story, but I didn't really feel excited or satisfied about the actual conclusion. The flow of the story was good, it was very fast paced. If you want a quick, easy read, this is the one. But if you're looking for something with a little more depth...meh.
This WAS the first book I've read by the author and from some of the other reviews I've seen, she's known for twists and turns in her books. I'll definitely check some out because I think her writing shows a lot of potential.

I am a fan of Kiersten Modglin’s books and was so excited to receive an ARC of Tell Me The Truth. This book was not one of my favorites of hers, but it was still a good fast paced read and kept me interested the whole time with a twist that I didn’t see coming.
Thank you NetGalley and Dreamscape Media for the ARC.

This has been my favorite book I've read lately. The characters felt so real that they even had me questioning everything. Nothing could have prepared me for all the twists and turns in this book! I listened to this whole book in one sitting, because I just couldn't stop listening. I highly recommend it to all thriller/mystery lovers.

This was a great book. Very satisfying from beginning to end. This was my 1st Kiersten Modglin book and I'm already reading another one (The Arrangement).
Modglin is an excellent storyteller. If you like domestic suspense/thrillers, then you've gotta check out Tell Me The Truth.
The MC is annoying throughout most of the book, she's unreliable and all over the place. However, how can she help it when her husband could've taught a class on lying & gaslighting?!?! He's got her in a downward spiral.
I love how everything tied together in this one. I highly recommend the audiobook OR the physical book, it's an easy enough story to follow and by the end you'll feel just as outraged as Edith.

I received an Audiobook ARC copy from #netgalley and dreamscapes media.
Fast paced but fell short for me. However, the audio narrator was great!
I just never really connected with the characters, I have only read 1 other book by this author and loved it so I had high hopes. But the main character annoyed me to no end. The way she was ALWAYS second guessing herself and was blind to what was really going on with her life.
I did however, enjoy the end although for me it was predictable. But Revenge is always so sweet.

I went into this book right after reading The Amendment and The Arrangement, which were insanely thrilling stories. My expectations were high and sadly the story fell a little flat. Sure there were some twists that I didn’t see coming and suspense, but nothing that WOWed me. After looking at other reviews, it’s clear I’m in the minority, so if you like this author’s work and want a story filled with secrets, lies and gaslighting, try this one! It’s also very short! The audiobook was only 6 hours.

Thank you to Netgalley for this ARC!
I got this as an audiobook, and I have to say that I really enjoyed the narrator. She was pretty entertaining to listen to. This was my first book by the author, and I know that everyone seems to love her writing. While I did enjoy the story, it did not stand out to me. This story feels more believable than other stories with cheating spouses so I will give it that. I was also able to run through this very quickly, because the story was easy to follow along with!

Thank you Netgalley and Dreamscape Media for this advance listener copy in exchange for my honest review.
Kiersten Modglin has done it again! It's like everything she touches turns to gold! She's definitely solidified her spot as one of my top five favorite authors! I just can't get enough! Her books are such page turners that I find myself breezing right through them. I will say that this wasn't my favorite book of hers, but it's still fantastic! She's always got that mind blowing twist at the end that always leaves me stunned and Tell me the Truth is no different.
Joe and Edith have the perfect marriage... If only one of them could stop lying.... This book really begs the question, how well do you know your significant other. The characters were real. I loved Dan, the best friend. Joe, the husband was one of the most vile characters I've read about, but I loved to hate him. All in all this was a 4 star book that I will eagerly recommend to anyone and everyone!
The audio was great. I loved the light accent. It gave authenticity to the protagonist. Eagerly awaiting Kiersten's next book!

Wow!!!! This fast past novel was so much fun. What would you do if you caught your husband was cheating, and this is not the first time? Do you try to save your marriage when you discover your pregnant? The story gets so crazy! Do the jilted women work together when they find out about each other? Have you read a book by this author? I am looking for more now!

What would you do if you found photos of another woman on your husband’s phone? Letting her husband’s past behavior be an indicator, Edith assumes the worst and becomes obsessed with finding out everything she can about the woman. Joe, as usual, denies any allegations of wrongdoing, leaving Edith to begin to examine every detail of their lives, and in the process discovers that her husband’s infidelity is the least of her worries. A nail biting roller coaster ride

The ending on this book was great. It was a super slow burn to the ending though. Edith drove me nuts. I wanted to yell at her either leave or get over it. I know it’s not that easy but my goodness she read like an obsessed wife. The ending through was great.

I've read many books by Modglin and they just keep better and better.
Tell Me the Truth is fast paced and had me wanting to listen to it nonstop to finish.
Insanely fantastic, intriguing storytelling, well-written, and characters who seem like real individuals.
Kiersten Modglin knocked it outta the park with TMTT.
Narrated by Devon Sorvari who did a fabulous job telling Editih's story.
Dreamscape Media,
Thank You so much for this approved eARC!
I will post to my platforms, blog, B&N and Waterstone closer to pub date.

Kiersten Modglin did it again with another domestic thriller twist I did not see coming! Tell Me The Truth is a quick, page turner with a very satisfying ending. I truly enjoy her empowerment of the “victims” in her books and the way all the pieces fall into place in such a unexpected way.

Enjoyment: 4
Total rating: 4.14
Edith's marriage is on the rocks. Joe is quite the liar, and when she finds photos of a woman on his phone, she has had enough.
In her search for the truth, Edith goes deep into a rabbit hole and starts hiding her own secrets from Joe until she has every puzzle piece.
The truth always comes at a price. Sometimes, that price is your life.
I absolutely love Modglin's books. Tell Me the Truth is yet another spin on a dysfunctional marriage, and this time, the stakes were very high. I loved Edith as a protagonist. Even though she is young and out all her eggs in this marriage's basket, she takes charge of her life once she feels she has had enough. Did she make the best choices? It wouldn't be an awesome book if she had - duh! I think everyone should gift this book to a young adult in their lives as a cautionary tale for ignoring red flags, lol.
I listened to the audiobook and really enjoyed the production and narration. Sorvari made it easier for you to just sit and enjoy the story. I felt her narration was cohesive with the text (I started reading the book when I got an ARC of the Audiobook and felt the transition was seamless).
I cannot wait for Modglin's next book!
Disclaimer: In exchange for an honest review, I am thankful to the publishers and NetGalley for providing a copy of Tell Me the Truth

As a true KMod fan, I read this book in one evening on publication day. This is a story of betrayal and deceit, with plenty of unexpected twists and turns. The 1st half of the book kept me turning the pages quickly, but the ending felt a little chaotic & unbelievable. When I saw the audio galley available on NetGalley, I knew I wanted to give it a shot. Our narrator, Devon Sorvari, is new to me. I can see why she was chosen, that southern twang should work well in a book set in Georgia, but I'll admit it felt forced at times. It wasn't my favorite book from this author, but still a quick, exciting read.

3.5 ⭐️. This was not my favorite by Kiersten Modglin. Sure, she is an excellent thriller author (The Arrangement & The Ammendment are incredible). This one just wasn’t anything outstanding. That said, her books are quick, easy to listen/read, and entertaining. I still recommend checking this one out, but I think some of her other books are better.

Edith discovers pictures of a woman on her husband's phone. Joe has cheated before and now he denies knowing who the woman in the picture is or how they got on his phone. Edith is sick of Joe's lies and just wants the truth.
Edith is so angry. She soon discovers the woman's name is Emma and that she didn't really know her husband at all. You go girl!
What I loved-fast paced book, woman you can relate to and root for, an ending I didn't see coming. Joe is one person you will love to hate as he is lying, cheating, selfish jerk!
Thank you Net Galley and Dreamscape media for my audiobook.
This is my honest review.
