Diversity in the workplace is an issue very close to my heart, so I was pleasantly surprised to see a book within the field on Netgalley. The book positions itself as an essential companion in the field, not being too nation-specific, and highlighting questions that in this age, are important to know if you want to be taken seriously in the field. Highly recommended.

Definitely exactly what the title says. I wish there was more depth to the book on essentials and strategies to implement. I felt like a majority of the book was just definitions.
