I found the Cheerleaders really interesting there was lots of twists and turns that kept me hooked and gripped. I thought I worked out who the cheerleader was but many times I got it wrong and when I thought I was Right further on . I actually I was wrong and did not see that coming. It was really nice to read a book that does not tell you who the murder is at the beginning it keeps you questioning yourself and the story. It was really nice to read book that is particularly written in Derby where I live so definitely know where places where. I really enjoyed reading this book . Thank you NetGalley for letting me read this book.
This book was amazing! I enjoyed every single chapter, and it kept me hooked the entire time, which I loved!
The Cheerleader is the misnomer the press have given to a serial killer who seems determined to bring London to her knees. For London subway employee, Raagavi, who has recently transitioned, the killings are especially frightening, because each of the victims are people who have wronged her. Enter DCI Rachel Coles, a law enforcement officer that makes her own rules and doesn’t take any prisoners, Coles knows she should be looking for a way to take the Cheerleader down, but in her own twisted way, is the killer doing the world a favor? A timely and moving story about the rise in hate crimes and the spread of ignorance
A different read, lots of twists and turns, kinda exhausting to read, full of intentionally awful characters, interesting ideas
The novel had a good storyline and was well written although it took a bit of time to get into the 'swing' of the story. There are plenty of twists and turns - and the final twist brings the nove. to its climax. Recommended to all Mystery and thriller readers with a raring of four (4) stars.
Wasn’t to sure what to expect with this book but it kept me engaged the whole way through and kept me guessing which I like with books and I thoroughly enjoyed it
I don't know what I was expecting going into this story.
But it honestly surprised me.
The Cheerleader was a good quick read.
There were so many twists and turns, I was holding my breath because this was so intense!
A tense, taut thriller that pulls you along with it right to the last page.
