This was such a good book. The plot took its time and the pacing was great. Chantal Fernando is one of my favorite authors and I hope to read more books by her.

Chantal Fernando's "Rhett Redeemed" offers a tale of redemption and second chances that tugs at the heartstrings. As characters confront their past mistakes and work toward healing, Fernando crafts a story of forgiveness and growth that resonates with readers long after the final chapter.

This is the second book of the series and we get yo see Rhett get his HEA. I had thought he may not be redeemable, but he laid all his cards on the table and Con was there at the right place and time to be his salvation.

I'm hoping to see a bit more MC action as the books go on. Rhett is the Prez but things are changing with his club. I like the bonding happening between the two clubs. They will be a force to recon with going forward.

ARC received for review

We meet both of these peeps in the previous book Decker's Dilemma. I can honestly say once I found out someone had been my sister's ex, I don't know that I would have continued the relationship. There was a lot of awkward because of it.

So the title of this book is so spot on. As when I read the previous book, Rhett was not my favorite person at all, but he definitely redeemed himself in this story. As well as for the Constance. I totally had my doubts in the previous book about her as well, but from the minute I read this one I was totally a fan.

I totally felt so bad for both of these characters. As they never knew about each other, and met like any other couple would meet. But when everyone found out they were seeing each other, I was so not on board with the dislike. And especially Clover. I really didn’t like her in this book.

This story was sweet, romantic, and had a bit of suspense as well added in that I really enjoyed. All in all Chantal hit the nail on the head and I was hooked from start to finish. Can’t wait for the next one 😊 ❤❤

Constance has found her half sister that she knew nothing about growing up. She has a one night stand with a hot biker. Rhett had to give up his woman to become the leader of the MC. A beautiful woman at the bar gets his attention and they end up together for the night. Turns out the guy that Constance spent the night with is her sister, Cara's ex and she could lose her family. A Good read.

I received a copy of this book via Netgalley.

I normally love books by Chantal Fernando but this one didn't resonate with me. I couldn't identify with any of the characters. Not for me.

This is Rhett and Con's story, and it was sometimes a little slow to me – as if it was all they had to worry about was Cara's feelings. Yes, Con had just recently found her sister, and Cara and Rhett were no longer in a long-term relationship. Cara has moved on, now it is time for Rhett to move on whether Cara is happy for them or not. Both Rhett and Con took too much time to get Cara's approval before moving on with their relationship.

I found that I liked Con and Rhett most of the time, but there were times I wanted to slap them both upside the head. There was a little bit of suspense as Con and Rhett navigated their new relationship. I enjoyed the story and am looking forward to Atlas' story coming next.

This book is about betrayal in all its forms. Whether it's intentional – to give someone the life they really want – or not, sleeping your newfound sister's ex, the hurt is the same.

Rhett's good intentions backfired in a big way, even if Cara (his ex) now has the life she wanted and deserved. Now, his family and friends all look at him differently and while he doesn't blame them, it causes more hurt than losing Cara ever did.

Constance "Con" Wild is having a rough time. After her father died, she found out that she had a half-sister she was never told about. Finding her sister has finally given her the sense of family she never had growing up.

Rhett and Con have instant chemistry and after a wild one-night stand, Con is riding high. A new job, a new feeling of self-worth, Con feels that there is nothing she can't do. And when she happens to run into Rhett again, why not explore the chemistry between them.

Romance is never as simple as it should be and things come to a head when Cara finds out at a family function that Rhett is dating her sister, Con's world implodes. The family she always wanted is gone and there's no one to blame but herself.

This book had a lot of emotional ups and downs and lots and lots of drama. I think the ending was a bit rushed and would like to see how Con's and Rhett's relationship evolves over time.

Rhett Redeemed by Chantal Fernando is book Two in the Knights & Dragons MC Series. This is the story of Rhett and Constance. Constance just was reunited with her long lost sister but the people around her sister are suspicious of her. When she meets Rhett they end up hooking up but later finds that he is the ex-boyfriend of her newly found sister. This starts their story.

Chantal Fernando can write wicked stories on badass bikers. And their equally badass women.

But in Rhett Redeemed, Chantal gives the story an extra spin: in Decker’s Dilemma, we read how Cara’s heart was broken by Rhett when he cheated on her. In this next book in the series, however, we see why Rhett made the choice to break Cara’s heart. And how he falls for Constance, while not knowing that she is Cara’s half sister. Well, that certainly gives a new meaning to family business…

But it wouldn’t be a Fernando book, if there was also some me trouble. Fast, full of suspense and of course there are sparks flying everywhere! Hold on to your panties and enjoy the ride!

Four out of five stars and a special thank you to Netgalley for providing the arc.

I think this is the first book where I could not get into the character. I’ve read all her books and Rhett just fell short of the mark. Also, the cover didn’t do it any favors. Not what I pictured Rhett to look like.

I’ve mentioned more than once that I love it when an author can take a character that I really didn’t like in the beginning of a series and totally turn my feelings about them around. I have to say, I was kind of surprised that Rhett would be featured in the second book in the Knights & Dragons MC series. Not that I didn’t think that he would probably get his own story. I just thought that it would take some time to get readers behind him after the events that took place in Decker’s Dilemma. After all, it was because of the crappy way Rhett treated Cara that brought her and Decker together. You would think that he would need time to grow and change… turns out, he was never quite as bad and heartless as he seemed.

FYI – there’s nothing ‘spoilery’ about giving that away. Less than two chapters into Rhett Redeemed it became pretty obvious that Rhett wasn’t exactly the bad guy that he tried to portray himself as. He just went about things the wrong way and ended up not only breaking Cara’s heart, but his in the process. He thought he was doing the right thing and Cara ended up better off in the long run, but where did that leave him? Ironically, in the arms of Constance, the sister that Cara didn’t know she had until Constance had tracked her down – with help from Decker. Never mind that neither he nor Constance knew who the other was in the beginning. Once their relationship was revealed, the damage was done and even more trust was broken.

Of course that wasn’t the end of the story. A lot happened in Rhett Redeemed. There was a lot of guilt that needed to be worked through as well as a lot of forgiveness and gained trust for more than one character. And, as readers have come to expect in this combined series, a lot of heat. It looks like Answering Atlas is next, so stay tuned.

I have read the pervious books in this series and have really enjoyed them, I however struggled with this one.
I enjoyed the Rhett and Constance romance but the constant references to His previous relationship with her sister grew tiresome. Also, the always being under suspicion of her sisters beatie was leaving me doing a lot of sighing. It take Con getting shot to make her trust her!?!
What I had the biggest issue with was the ending. It just ended, like no resolution or ending, it felt like it just stopped.

I always love a good bikers book and this one was no exception that this rule. This book was so much fun to read and just so enjoyable to me. Also, this has the sister’s ex-boyfriend trope, which is something else I adore in books. This book was just tailor-made for me and I really enjoyed it. My favourite book trope of all time is a good redemption, I will never tire of reading this trope. And I really loved how Rhett's redemption was done in this one, it was super fun and enjoyable to read and everything I wanted it to be.

RHETT REDEEMED is the second instalment in Chantal Fernando’s contemporary, adult KNIGHTS & DRAGONS MC erotic, MC romance series-a blending of the author’s KNIGHTS OF FURY and WIND DRAGONS MC series. This is the soon to be president of the Wind Dragons MC Rhett Madden , and Constance ‘Con’ Wilder’s story line. Con is Cara’s half-sister (Decker’s Dilemma 1) , and Rhett is the son of Talon and Tia (Wild Ride/Wind Dragons 4.5). RHETT REDEEMED can be read as a stand alone but for back story and cohesion, I recommend reading book one DECKER’S DILEMMA. There is a slight cross-over with the author’s FAST AND FURY series.

Note: The events of RHETT REDEEMED take place approximately one year after the events of book one DECKER’S DILEMMA

Told from dual first person perspectives (Con and Rhett) RHETT REDEEMED follows the building romance and relationship between soon to be president of the Wind Dragons MC Rhett Madden , and Constance ‘Con’ Wilder. Approximately one year earlier Rhett broke the heart of his best friend and lover Cara Ward, pushing her into the arms of former cop Seth Decker. Cara and Rhett have made amends but Rhett often found himself on the outside looking in, lonely for female companionship until a one-night stand with Constance aka Con Wilder. A few weeks would pass as Con and Rhett drifted in and out of one another’s life until Rhett was ready to introduce Con to his MC family. To everyone’s shock including Rhett and Con, they would discover that Constance Wilder is Rhett’s ex-girlfriend Cara’s half-sister, a sister she shared with their absentee father. Rhett and Con would once again become persona non-grata, and any building relationship is destroyed by Con’s connection to Cara, and Con’s refusal to cross an invisible line from whence there is no going back. What ensues is the building but struggling relationship between Con and Rhett, and the potential fall-out as our couple continue to battle between head and heart knowing Rhett had unknowingly fallen for two sisters, and a potential war with Forgotten Children aka FC Gang targets Constance in a game of revenge.

The relationship between Con and Rhett begins as a one night stand that is slow to develop in the face of no information, and Con’s move to another job working for the Fast And Fury Custom Garage. Rhett often finds himself on the outside since his break up with Cara, and the ensuing aftermath and vitriol from family and friends but Rhett never expected to fall for Constance Wilder, a woman who had just found her own family, and was afraid to lose it all. As the relationship between Con and Rhett goes from hot to cold to hot once again, a surprise awaits our couple, a surprise that places Con in the direct line of target. The $ex scenes are intimate, erotic and intense, without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

There is a large ensemble cast of secondary and supporting characters including several members from the Knights of Fury and Wind Dragons MC ;Seth Decker and Constance’s sister Cara; Cara’s best friend Clover Black and her significant other Felix Banks (Fallen Princess/Wind Dragons MC 7), as well as Cameron Davies, and Bronte Pierce (Fast and Fury Series).

RHETT REDEEMED is a story of secrets and lies, betrayal and hurt, family, friendships, forgiveness and love. The premise is captivating, engaging and dramatic; the romance is seductive and passionate; the characters are hurting, energetic and charismatic.

I really enjoyed this addition to the series. It was full of the type of relationships with past histories that definitely made things complicated.

I wasn’t sure I’d forgive Rhett but somehow I did and I found myself really rooting for Con to get her own HEA. I enjoyed catching up with past characters and would recommend you start with book one to make sure you understand who everyone is to each other to get the most out of this one.

Rhett Redeemed is a terrific, fast-paced romance with a tiny smidge of mystery that has you wondering just what’s going on. I really enjoyed this entertaining story about Constance, or Con, Rhett.

Con is Cara’s half-sister, Cara is Rhett’s ex-girlfriend—seeing the triangle? As the new-to-become president of the Wind Dragons MC, Rhett previously made a poor decision—by himself! This has come back to bite him on his behind. To be honest, in the previous book, Decker’s Dilemma, I didn’t really like Rhett but in this story, and getting to know him properly, I like him a lot. He might have thought he was doing the right thing but once it’s pointed out, actually where he is going wrong generally, he takes it on the chin and rectifies the problem. I admire his character for this and it displayed how he is the right choice for the role of president.

Con is another character who we didn’t know well before this story, but I truly like her determination and inner strength. I like how she is supportive of others and willing to give things a go. Together with Rhett, they have explosive chemistry and definitely burn up the sheets. The story is told from both lead characters' points of view; giving us more insight into these characters.

An enjoyable romance to escape this dreary rainy day.

This is Rhett’s story. I had such high hopes for him and Cara; unfortunately he screwed up. Now we get to see him move on and find his “one.” Except his one comes with a huge complication; his ex’s sister. One they are trying to build a relationship on. With both trying not to hurt the people they love; yet they can’t stay away from each other. Except Constance is scared and Rhett still needs to know what he wants. While dealing with a club issue, Rhett gets a wake up call. This was a hard read for me, I have always loved Rhett and he ended up doing his own thing and broke my heart. The best part of the book was he did get his head on straight and I loved that.

Book 2 in this series - I would not consider this a standalone as you get a lot of the character background in Decker’s Dilemma especially if you haven’t read Wind Dragon MC series.

Rhett- I wasn’t sure how he was going to be redeemed by his choices and actions but I did find myself enjoying Rhett’s character again and wanting him and Con to make things work. The hardest thing for me with this book was Constance being Cara’s half sibling. The dynamics caused a lot of drama, miscommunication

Overall, an entertaining story with enchanting characters. I love seeing Rhett redeemed and chasing after his HEA.
