I think this is probably my favorite of her recent books, and I definitely liked it more than I liked the first book in the series. It's a bit complicated to try and explain, but Rhett and Con meet one night not knowing that she is the newly discovered half sister to his ex-girlfriend. I'm always a sucker for books where the relationship starts off casual but turns into more, and also for accidental pregnancies, so this one was right up there for me with things I like to read. The difficult part is that there is a lot of complexities to each of their relationships to others they are connected to as well as with with each other, so I felt like we didn't get enough of just the two of them. These sorts of stories draw me in, because they usually lead to a lot of deep angst, but this is written in a way where it definitely is angsty, but not anywhere near what it could have been. I also would have liked just a bit more to the ending. Part of the draw in an accidental pregnancy story is being able to see things through past the birth, and it felt like there was a missed opportunity here. Because I read this through in one sitting and didn't put the book down once, it's a four star for me, but at the same time I felt like the ending a bit unsatisfying for me. I. Although the way it's written the couple is happy and satisfied, to me it felt like there was still more to be worked out and I wished we would have seen it through a little differently - or further into their future.
Rhett Redeemed is so far one of my favourite stories in the Knights and Dragons MC. My heart ached for Rhett and the lies he told weighing him down. The chemistry and attraction between Con and Rhett is electric and can be felt radiating off the pages. This is an emotional story of healing, moving forward, finding love and family. It is not only about Rhett discovering where his life path is taking him and realizing that his lies paved the way for his true journey, but it also proves Con's devotion, love and loyalty to the MC as well. It was steamy, heartfelt and thoroughly entertaining. Their story was a hard one to put down and had me captivated right to the very end.
Rhett & Con
Stress. He'd known that he was being groomed as the next President of the MC. For even more years he'd loved a woman. She was more than a lover but a best friend. A woman who didn't want to be part of the MC life. He felt he had to make a choice and it wasn't her. The way he ended their relationship was a disappointment to all. After the breakup, it took a long time before he felt more for a woman than use for one night. That woman was much more than either of them knew.
A unique story with more than one surprise. I enjoyed the overall story and the characters old and new. Will Con have a chance to find a family she's so dearly wanted all her life or will she have to make a hurtful choice? Will Rhett learn a hard lesson about love and family choice or his club? There are surprises, great characters, and plenty of steam.

Rhett Madden, soon to be president of the Wind Dragons MC, has a lot on his plate. His previous relationship didn't end well and has left everyone questioning whether he is ready to take over or not. Cara, his best friend and former lover, has forgiven him, but he finds himself lonely more often than not. That leads to a one-night stand with Contance (Con) Wilder. The pair are in and out of one another's lives over the course of a few weeks, maybe a month. They are falling in love, but their lack of communication on some very important details will shock the entire MC.
I mean, come on, it can't be easy to shock an entire MC! But they do when it is discovered that not only does the MC already know Con, but she is Cara's half-sister. Con doesn't want to upset Cara, so she refuses to see Rhett anymore. If this doesn't cause enough drama, there is the potential war with Forgotten Children aka FC Gang who targets Constance in a game of revenge.
Con is left with the struggle of whether Rhett fell for her because of her sister or did he really like her. While Rhett is dealing with the fact that he fell for two sisters and has managed to let his best friend down again. I will say that he handled this far better than I ever thought he would. In the first book, he comes off as arrogant and a jerk.
The people we see in this book from the previous series are great, and I always love catching up with everyone. We get several members from the Knights of Fury and Wind Dragons MC ;Seth Decker and Cara; Cara’s best friend Clover Black and her significant other Felix Banks (Fallen Princess/Wind Dragons MC 7), as well as Cameron Davies, and Bronte Pierce (Fast and Fury Series). Not to mention Rhett's parents, Talon and Tia from Wind Dragons as well.
This is a well-written story of lies, betrayal, forgiveness, and love. All the things that go into making a family. The characters are real and the sex is off the charts. I loved this book and can't wait for the next one.
The second in the series and following on from Rhett breaking the heart of the person who was supposed to be his “one” his childhood sweetheart and not in a gentle break up way, an immature idiotic hurtful way. Hence the title of the book I guess which is where he is supposed to be redeemed…well
He starts by (admittedly unknowingly) having a ONS with the newly discovered sister of his ex, Constance.
What follows is a mix of drama mixed with a little intrigue, a little redemption and a lot of not entirely deserved forgiveness.
I liked Constance but wished she wasn’t so eager to be with Rhett, tho fig she definitely had backbone and a lot to say for herself too
Enjoyable but I found it hard to read as I really felt for Cara in the last book
Rhett Redeemed is the second book in the Knights & Dragons MC series but some characters are also featured in the original Wind Dragon MC series. It was really fun to see Rhett all grown up now, even the times that I really hated the decisions he was making. I have to say I was a little nervous that his redemption storyline wouldn't be enough to make me love him again, but I had nothing to worry about. I actually think I liked him even more in this book than I did when we were first introduced to him. Ms. Fernando did an amazing job at showing what he was struggling with and I enjoyed that.
I also really liked Con in this book. I didn't know as much about her as I did Rhett but that added some intrigue to the story which was fun. I thought she and Rhett made a super cute couple and I was rooting for them to get through the hard times of their relationship that Rhett's bad decisions had led to. Their relationship was still kept pretty light and easy which I thought worked well for them since there was already angst in the story from background storylines. Overall, this was a great read and one I definitely recommend.
I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book (given by the author)...
This is Rhett and Constance’s story. You definitely need to read Decker’s Dilemma in order to continue this series. You should also read The Wind Dragons MC series, to learn about this new generations’ parents.
I really tried to read this book with an open mind, in fact, I have had this ARC on my kindle for a bit; it’s just difficult when a couple is built up for years and then they don’t end up together, but que sera, sera.
I think I would have enjoyed the book more if Rhett’s lady wasn’t Cara’s half sister, Constance, who apparently looks like Cara and acts like Cara, but slightly different. In my opinion, the only difference between Cara and Con was that Con was open to being an old lady to the president while Cara was not. Now even after all that, Rhett dating his ex’s sister (his first love, that he grew up with as kids) and the reveal that he did which pissed off more people than anything; I would say 95% of the issues in this book could have been solved with a simple conversation.
I wish I was exaggerating, but all the drama that took place could have been solved with a conversation. Cara finding out about Rhett and Con at a family party could have been avoided, if Con had told Cara her boyfriend’s name since the new sisters were close and talking all the time, she mentioned everything about Rhett except his name and MC (the sisters even talked about her night stand with him in detail) or Rhett mentioning Con or a date at all would have been helpful.
Another thing was that Cara was a champion she took things as they came and tried to make it easier especially for her sister. However, you know something is off when you constantly have to check in with your ex before you continue on your path. I don’t mean Rhett shouldn’t need to get Cara’s ok or acceptance, it’s best to have the air cleared, but every time something happened between Con and Rhett they worried about Cara. It must be said Cara was living her best life and happy for her family.
I still didn’t understand the Olivia situation exactly, but I think it will continue throughout the series. Another situation, that could have been avoided if Con had told anyone about her new friend.
It just felt like maybe perhaps Cara and Rhett’s relationship was sacrificed in order to continue the series and usher in the new set of Wind Dragons. It also felt weird to hear about Cara and Con’s father talked about in a somewhat decent way especially when we know what went down in Rake’s Redemption.
It was nice seeing the characters from the other MC series as well.
I am not sure, but maybe Cara’s little sister, Natalie, who is the new club lawyer (protege of Faye) will be the next book?
Chantal Fernando's Rhett Redeemed feels like half a story. Continuing with some characters and plot lines from the first in the Knights and Dragons series, Rhett Redeemed lacks the angst or charisma of some of Fernando's previous books. Con has recently reunited with the sister she never knew she had. Rhett is the childhood sweetheart of that sister. Though they meet independently, it doesn't take long before the relationships between all the players are exposed. Instead of adding real conflict or intrigue, the book simply limps along. There's not much to say as everything stays on the surface for these characters. There's no growth, and no real connection.
Plot twist. Redeemed is truly apropos. I loved how Chantal turned the tables on Rhett and he had to find it in himself to truly ask why he did certain things. Not to give away too much, let’s just say that his decision was hard but also WHAT?!? Men. I thought this was a very sweet story and Chantal writes these characters with such emotion. I did tear up a little bit at the end but it was an emotional scene. I wished the ending were more tied up and not rushed (in my opinion). Maybe the next book will tie up the ends for Rhett and Con. This story is not heavy on MC action but is a tamed-down story.
Awesome! We met Rhett in Decker’s Dilemma. There wasn’t much to redeem him there but then, that was the point. How else was Cara supposed to leave her best friend and love for another man.
Now, we see him meet (unknowingly) Cara’s half sister, Constance, who just met Cara in the last book. Hoo boy! There’s a lot to unpack here, right? This scenario is just fraught with emotion and betrayal. My emotions, for sure, we’re all over the place. I love this series so far. 5 stars for Rhett Redeemed.
4 1/2 STARS!
Highly addictive and sensually satisfying! With the second book in the Knights and Dragons MC series Chantal Fernando brings a familiar face to the forefront and reunites Rhett with love and happiness when his life after Cara turns dramatic when he accidently falls for her half-sister Constance! The characters are down-to-earth and real and the situation is dramatic yet comforting. I would recommend that you read the first book in the series so you are familiar with Rhett's past and get to know the story behind Cara and Decker and company before reading this one so you'll get the full affect.
Con is a sweetheart and really is misunderstand and judged way more than she deserves. I really enjoyed seeing her fall for Rhett and get to be loved for herself.
Rhett made decisions that made him the bad guy, but his heart is good and seeing him with Con is really sweet.
I highly recommend this book as well as the entire series to anyone that enjoys a laid back MC romance that has a group of close knit friends and family who will do anything for the other as love comes knocking when they least expect it.
I love a second gen series and this series is proving to be one of my favorites! In book one, Cara and Rhett ended up breaking things off (shock and gasp), I know, I was such a huge fan of theirs when they were kids and was convinced that they would end up together forever. But life happens, feelings change, and all that jazz. Cara didn't want to be tied to the MC any more than she already was, and Rhet is being primed to take over as President when Arrow steps down. After all the drama from book one has died down and Cara has moved on with her life and found her HEA, it's now Rhett's turn to figure out his own happy ever after. Meeting Constance gives Rhett the hope that not all is lost for him, and she feels the same way. But what happens when it starts to look like Rhett can't have his second chance at love, will he fight for Constance, or let her go without a fight?
I was so nervous for this story, after all the drama in book one, I wasn't sure I was ready. BUT this was truly about Rhett redeeming himself! Everything you want in an MC read is right here. I give this 5 stars.
Rhett and Con😍
I absolutely loved this story of Rhett and Con…there is drama, brotherhood but best of all romance, family and more❣️
As we know from the previous book Rhett is Cara’s ex who has his work cut out for him to redeem himself and Con is Cara’s half sister whom she meets in the previous book as well😁 Not knowing how each is connected to Cara, Rhett and Con meet and eventually have a one night stand…it seems as though even though they don’t know each other’s names, fate seems to be pushing them towards each other - not to mention the chemistry between them😉
I really enjoyed this story and can say that Rhett redeemed himself in my eyes and I’m happy he found his HEA in Con❣️I received an advanced copy via Netgalley and voluntarily leave my honest review❤️
The queen of MC is back, there is just something about Chantal Fernando writing that just keeps a hold of you she write pure-gold. This story was so compelling I read it all in one setting the characters had me spellbound! I was obsessively swiping at the Kindle pages, I couldn’t get enough I can’t wait for more this series…
“5 stars!”
After his last relationship backfired on him big time Rhett made the decision to steer clear of love and relationships, and just stick to casual hook-ups. There less messy and his heart will stay intact.
But his little plan hits a big snag when he meets Constance, they start off as just a one night kind of thing, but then one night turns into two, and before long he's spending every spare night with her. She is the kind of woman that you hang on to, the kind you promise forever too. But can he really travel down that road again?
The pages of Rhett Redeemed hold the story of a man that has been burnt love and is dead set on never finding it again... but then he meets a woman that changes his mind. Having a woman like Constance come into his life is unexpected and at first he has trouble trusting his instincts since they lead him wrong the last time love found him, but he's willing to give it a shot. But just as things start to fall into place, secrets come to light and it threatens to derail his second chance at forever. Can he convince Constance to stay or will history repeat itself?
Once again I find myself dazzled by this author's words, she has this special knack for creating stories that completely absorb me, the words take control and I am completely useless until the last page comes. This story was everything I had hoped it to be and much more, it was passionate, rich with emotion, action-packed, and uber steamy! I loved meeting Rhett and his MC and I look forward to more from them! Highly recommend!
I requested an advanced copy of this title from the publisher, via NetGalley request, and I am voluntarily leaving my honest and unbiased opinion.
Rhett Redeemed (Knights & Dragons MC Book 2)

📚💕⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💕📚
Didn’t see that coming!
Oh boy I’m such a huge fan of this author. She writes with so much passion you get sucked right in. But in her Knights and Dragons book we get so much more. We get to see her past friends and hopefully future books teased along the way.
Rhett made a huge mistake and his heart is paying for it. But he did it because he loved her. When he finally decides it’s ok to feel again it’s with the absolute wrong girl. His ex Cara’s half sister Con. They had no idea they both had a connection to her. Now how do two people who shouldn’t be together find a way to forever.
The author writing is flawless, and the words are so captivating, the plot had so many twists and turns and none that I was expecting, and many shockingly intimate I have become a huge fan of this author. The author writes with so much intensity and emotion pulled from each book it’s felt page after page. Some are quick witted story lines are so perfect and lets you believe you have a front row seat. So being able to read this love story didn’t disappoint. The authors ability to have two separate individuals struggling in their everyday life and try to navigate someone else’s thoughts, needs and desires was intense and gives all the fills.
Authors Blurb: Life is about choices. He had a history of making bad ones.
Ready for a New Start
United with her newly discovered half sister, Constance Wilder finally has a family. She should be happy, but she’s not. Instead, she’s even lonelier, which is why a one-night stand with a sexy biker is just what she needs. A few hours of wild sex won’t just bring her pleasure—it will help her forget.
A Series of Bad Choices
Rhett did what was necessary to step into his role as leader of the Wind Dragons MC, which included cutting ties with the woman he loved. He wouldn’t change it, but that doesn’t make it easier. Thankfully, the beautiful woman across the bar is a welcome distraction. He never expected her to light a spark inside him, leaving him wanting more.
Destined for Disaster
Constance falls hard for Rhett. Not only is she pretty sure he’s her soul mate, but he’s the one person she has connected to in a long time. But when it is revealed that Rhett is her sister’s ex, Constance is faced with losing her newly found family, making happily-ever-after seem damn near impossible.
This book has everything I love in a book. Then you add that it's beautifully written and believable. It is easily a five star read. Written in dual POV my personal favorite this story flows so incredibly well that the next thing you know your 80% into the book and loving every second of it. The believable way the characters interact is perfect. Run, Hop, Jump or use your (1 click) finger to do whatever you have to do and get this amazing book. It'll break your heart, you'll want to scream with frustration and it'll let you discover that love just might conquer all. The chemistry is steamy and sweet and oh so romantic.
Thanks Netgally for letting me read and review.📚💕
When a bad boy has the best of intentions and then proceeds to muck it all up. Rhett being tagged as the heir apparent for the Wind Dragons is a bit iffy in my book. I'm not saying that he is dumb. What I am saying is that perhaps he doesn't have the right mindset yet. He seems to not think things through and look at the ramifications of his actions. Plus his communication skills suck. How on earth would it be believable that he can be President when the current one retires? He is so not ready.
In spite of my skepticism about Rhett's abilities, I did find this book a great read. I have re-read over passages I enjoyed multiple times which is always a good sign. Ms. Fernando is growing on me for MC books. I am generally not a fan of MC books because I can't stand the culture and the boys (yea, I know they are supposed to be men) come across as idiots without a cause. Fortunately, this rosy-coloured fantasy depiction of the MC club in Ms. Fernando's universe works for me.
Rhett makes several rookie mistakes in both his love life and his club life. This plot device works because it makes Rhett a better person. And let's hope these early mistakes in life are a bit easier to forgive due to the "young, dumb and full of cum" pass we give to young men won't be made again as Rhett matures. As he's making these poor choices in communication and how to end a relationship, he unwittingly involves Constance.
We first meet Constance in the prior book as the half-sister of Rhett's fiancee, Cara. Constance is an unknown quantity since she only recently found out about a sibling and looked to connect. Due to the mutual father, all of Cara's friends are wary of Constance and believe she has some long con going. Seeing the world from Constance's perspective makes me feel so sad for her. She's been given a bum life and she is doing her best. She is all alone in the world and trying to pull herself out of a pit. She doesn't need any more negativity.
Rhett brings a spark to Constance's life and he also drags her down with his unresolved baggage. This up and down makes the story more complicated and I like it. I enjoyed how they had to work through things and how Constance did receive a little help from possible new friends. I also like that those who were horrible to her learned the backstory and were ashamed. This doesn't happen often. I still want to grab Constance, wrap her up in a blanket, and protect her. She needs more people in her court. I did at first think Rhett wasn't good enough for her. By the end of the book, Rhett redeems himself and the couple is made for each other.
This feel-good romance is recommended to MC readers who enjoy bad boys with hearts of gold who find the right ole lady.
Actual Rating 2.5 stars.
I loved Ms Fernando's knights of fury series but this spin off isn't cutting it for me.
Rhett was not a likeable character and the plot was lacklustre. The story meanedered along with little substance.
I received an arc of this book via netgalley in exchange for an honest review.
Rhett Redeemed, is full of a lot of drama in the beginning. I was expecting more suspense than the couple of pages that we got. Hopefully book 3 will deliver like book 1 did.
Absolutely LOVED this book even more than the first one (I recommend reading them in order)! Excellent character development. I enjoyed seeing the original characters from The Wind Dragons MC series play a significant part in the book. I was so upset with Rhett after Deckers Dilemma but this book did indeed redeem him. I can't wait for the next one in this series!
