I always enjoy these Buxx Books publications because I get to read a little from some authors that are new to me. This one had some great books inside!
What an amazing way to see what books are coming up and which ones I just have to have. I found new authors and was so excited to see an excerpt from Daisy Darker. I loved this sample book!
it's always nice to see a roundup of soon to be released titles. the way these are divided into doesn't always make sense (i would prefer a more genre oriented list)...
I read this ARC for an honest review
All thoughts and opinions are mine
I love these Buzz Books
Being able to see what is up and coming, being able to read extracts helps me organise my reading
I usually love these samplers. Unfortunately I was pretty disappointed with the selection of featured titles this time.
Buzz Books never lets me down! I’m always excited to download a new issue and immediately start adding to my TBR! I always come away with at least a few reads I am excited about and hadn’t heard of yet. Can’t wait for the next romance issue!!
Another great selection of upcoming books. So many look good! Fredrik Backman, John Irving, Celeste Ng, Barbara Kingsolver, Maggie O'Farrell, George Saunders, Kevin Wilson, Elizabeth Strout, Cormac McCarthy, Jess Kidd all have new books. There are lots of biographies and non-fiction, including books by Bob Dylan, Sam Heughan, Tiffany Haddish, Patti Smith, Steve Martin, Lauren Graham and Matthew Perry. I don't read much history or crime, but will be interested in the new Ken Burns Our America: A photographic History.
Thanks Publisher's Lunch and Netgalley!
I look forward to these buzz book, samplers becoming available. They really are a fantastic way of discovering what books you would like to read.
The two that immediately shouted out loud to me were:
Nightbirds by Kate J. Armstrong, it reminds of The Belles series by Dhonielle Clayton, The Lone City series by Amy Ewing, The Good Luck Girls by Charlotte Nicole Davis and more recent release Hotel Magnifique by Emily J Taylor, all of which I have read, loved & reviewed!
The Davenports by Krystal Marquis, which has a great Bridgerton-esque or The Guilded Age TV series feel to it I also love the race aspects this book brings up too.
I am certainly keeping my fingers crossed, really wanting to read both of these books and review them for my blog & social media.
I always look forward to these samplers! I didn’t find as many excerpts I was interested in as I normally do but there were still a few that caught my attention.
I still have A LOT of reading to do for spring/summer but I now have a few more titles to look forward to this fall/winter!
Loved the excerpts chosen for this term and looking forward to many of the books including The House in the Pines + Monsters Born and Made among others.
Buzz Books always makes me wish all the titles in Netgalley have excerpts to make it easier to pick books that you are more certain you will enjoy. Trying new authors can be a hit and miss, but is something that I like to do.
Useful as always. And so exciting to see all those new books coming out. Just didn't find any must-reads for me.
I can’t even contain my excitement over this. Every season I scour the internets for anticipated releases, and am always unfulfilled because each list I find only has a handful of books on it, but I want to know ALL of them. So this is a dream come true. And with excerpts to boot! I’ll be looking forward to this each season. Thanks, NetGalley! You rock!
Also, holy smokes, I’ll have my work cut out for me tackling the tbr list this fall. So many great titles coming out. I’m not about to wish my summer reads away, but I can feel the hearts in my eyes just thinking about sweaters and candles and lattes and that crisp fall smell while snuggled up reading any number of these books. Ahhh.
Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for the opportunity to read and review this book. Every season I highly look forward to reading these so I can get a jump start on preorders. I also enjoy the excerpts because it has lead me to saving books to read later that I normally would not pick for myself. The Fall and Winter 2022 Releases are definitely not going to disappoint!!
This book is the greatest thing since slice bread! I really like having this on Kindle so that I am able to highlight the books I’m interested in, and I even have the ability to export that list. Wahoo! Thank you @netgalley.
A very interesting format to showcase upcoming books in genre or seasons like this one, a couple names and books I'm excited about and learned about a few new ones. I will keep requesting these Buzz kits to be informed about new and upcoming books
Fantastic snippets of new books due out later in 2022. I love this diverse showcase of upcoming fiction, nonfiction, and debut authors.
I always look forward to this seasonal guide to upcoming books. It's fun to look through and see what's coming both from new and favorite authors. Although it always makes my TBR even longer than it already is! Added quite a few that I hadn't heard of yet, including another Lauren Graham memoir which I'm SO EXCITED ABOUT.
Such a great way to find upcoming books with a chance to read part chapters with all different genres to choose from.A good chance to plan ahead. My first time reading Buzz Books it won't be my last.
Thanks Netgalley for the ARC.
I love these previews. It helps me watch for books that are going to be on the rise during each season. Thank you for always putting these together!
This is always the best way to find out about upcoming new releases that will make your TBR explode.
