Mama, Sing my Song by Amanda Seibert is a cute book, a love song to every child, illustrated by Sally Garland. The idea is that every child will see how valuable they are to others, especially their family and God, who watches over them. With so much happening in this world that causes people to doubt their worthiness, this is a book to build them up. The easy-to-follow and loosely rhyming narrative flows well and had an easy cadence to read aloud. The words are beautiful and I loved reading it aloud to my grandchildren. I can imagine this book being given at the birth of a child, or a parent who no longer lives with their child for whatever reason. We especially enjoyed the illustrations. They were beautiful full-page illustrations with soft colours to depict nature and the wonderful animal mothers and their offspring, the detail was wonderful. There are bunnies, giraffes, bears, sloths, foxes, polar bears, and sheep mamas with their babies. I read this as a bedtime story and it was a great book to send them off to sleep feeling how loved they were. As well as feeling my love, they need to know that God loves them too. Amanda Seibert is the founder of a company that creates personalized songs and lullabies for children all over the world. I definitely recommend this one to faith following families.

I love the Biblical Truth that is in the book and the message it sends to young children. It is beautifully written and illustrated. I highly recommend this book for any type of story time. This book is a sweet celebration of children and love! Each page is filled with heartwarming words and moments that truly bring a smile to my face. This book reminds children of God’s amazing and eternal love for them while also reinforcing the beautiful love and bond between mother and child. The positivity and happiness radiating through this book celebrates the goodness and joy in children while helping to reassure them that they are special and cherished.

The easy-to-follow and loosely rhyming narrative flows well. I do wish the narrative was just a bit more catchy and songlike but each word is really a joy and so comforting to read! This will be a perfect treat for parents to read aloud with their children..

I absolutely adore Garland’s beautiful full-page and full-colour illustrations! The soft but vibrant colours are so pretty and the nature scenes are lovingly rendered. All of the details are just so wonderfully done! I love the super cute depictions of the animal mothers and their children. There are bunnies, giraffes, bears, sloths, foxes, polar bears, and sheep mamas with their babies. I could just stare at these adorably rendered animals with their sweet and loving faces all day!

I was drawn to this book because I love God, music, and a great children's book. I was curious to see how the author would weave the two together and she did it!

The pictures are peaceful yet bright, the words are lyrical, and their placement on the pages in waves instead of straight lines enhanced the flow and rhythm of the book.

Now let's talk about the message.

- He loves you with all of His heart
- There's nothing you can't achieve

This book is the antidote to any negativity thrown at your children. In fact, it's a recipe to cover your child in prayer, declare blessings over them, and encourage them to see themselves as beautifully and wonderfully made.

It is also an encouragement for parents to remember that the world was created by the spoken words of God and as His representative in our child's life, we too have the power to shape their world in a positive manner by the words we speak over them.

Therefore reading books like this to them, pointing out their blessings, and writing a prayer with everything good thing you wish for your child helps create a world in which they may flourish.

This is a beautiful story for children about how a mother loves her child. It is beautifully illustrated and would make a wonderful gift.

As a mama myself, this book hit home for me! While the illustrations are darling, the sentiment is even more so. The author shares with the reader (and those being read to) that God has made each of us special, precious to Him and unique! I like how the book describes how the feeling of love from a parent echos that of God. Children will recognize how God must truly feel about them when they learn that His love and plans for them are even bigger and better than they could imagine. The rhyming was perfect and no words were massaged into rhyming with another. The end of the book contained an area for a parent or guardian to share a message with a child about the special meaning of his or her name, a prayer for the child and a Bible verse. This can be a treasured book to keep forever!

This is such a sweet book. The illustrations are beautiful. My favorite parts are that God created the child and that God is making them into something new. This reflects the story of sanctification. We tell our children that God loves them more than we do and this book affirms that truth.

There is something about remembering with your child all the ways you love them from birth to all that they do and who they are - created in God's image, with God's purpose. This sweet book is for both parent and child to reflect on the truest of love- God. God is love. With affirming words such as treasure, value, and all that is good, your child will be reminded how much you love them and how much God loves both of you!

Delightful story to read to your toddler or older child. T love the story and illustrations are amazing. A must buy for a child.

This is a beautifully illustrated book for children. Little Rabbit asks her mom to sing her a song. Mom Bunny sings a song to baby about how how she is loved and one of a kind, perfectly made by God. And then she goes on to sing about the other things that God has done: painted the skies, makes all things new, he is always by our side. It is a very reassuring book for children about the depth and breadth of God's love for us.

What a sweet book. The illustrations are beautiful, and with the little spaces in the front and back for answering the questions, it would be perfect to gift as baby's first book.

"Mama, Sing My Song" is absolutely beautiful. The art style is gorgeous with the pictures of all the animal mama's with their little babies. My mom passed away a few months ago and I've been having a really hard time with it. This book reminded me that even though she's not here, she still loves me and God loves me even more. This sweet book brought tears to my eyes and a lot of love to my heart. I enjoyed it very much. This book would be perfect as a gift from a mama to a newborn baby or for a first birthday gift. This is the kind of book that you would want to keep forever and maybe pass it down to your grandchildren one day. I highly recommend it.

What a precious book to have for a new child as a keepsake! I loved this sweet story/song about how a mother’s love will always comfort a child but more so the love of God! A reminder that a child is precious and special and above all loved by God since the beginning of time. I loved the pages to write in special prayers for your child and wishes as they grow. The illustrations are perfect and would really hold a child’s attention. This would be a great gift for a new Christian mom!

You got to be soulless if you do not read and love this beautiful book!

Well, for me this book means so much! No matter what moms are awesome. Like human awesome. And this book just presents that in the form of different animals with their young ones.

What a lovely lovely story for kids to have read over them to remind them of who they are and how they are loved by God! The illustrations are just adorable and sweet, but the message of this book is one that each child of age, no matter what their age, needs to hear.

This is quite possibly the cutest illustrated book I have ever seen. I love Sally Garland's illustrations.

A cute, rhyming story about how much Mamas love their children. Would be a good one for Christian families to introduce the concept of God's love to young children.
