I am someone who is pretty organised, but being so is definitely an effort due to my neurodivergence and I am always looking for tips and advice on better, easier ways to be organised, whilst reducing stress and mental load. This book contained a lot of advice that I already follow, but which would be helpful to someone who has previously been disorganised and is trying to get themselves out of chaos - but I also found several nuggets of gold that will be very helpful to me.
A helpful guide and templates to be more efficient in the workplace. Much of the information is reiterative providing useful reminders.
This whole series is a really good resource to develop skills related to jobs and leadership. I think it'd be great for younger adults.
