Time for a Bath is the cutest book! My son loved seeing all the different animals that the little pig met along the way. Learning all the different ways other animals use to get clean.

I loved that the pig family lives in a carrot shaped house. My son that was hilarious. This is a very sweet book. Beautiful illustrations!

I am looking forward to buying this book when it is published. I highly recommend it!

This children’s book follows a pig who, after playing outside, gets dirty and needs to take a bath. On his way home he runs into lots of different animals who tell him what their way of taking a bath is.

The illustrations in this were cute, though I did wish that the font was a bit bigger to be easier to read. I loved all the different animals the reader got to meet, and that you got to see how many ways of taking a bath there are for animals, The ending with how the pig took a bath seemed a little strange - that’s now how pigs actually take baths, while the other animal baths were how those animals take their baths. It seemed odd in context of the rest of the book,

What is the perfect bath for a little pig? It is the main plot in this adorable book. I instantly falling in love with the illustration and how the story going on.
From each friends the little pig met, we as reader learning about how each animals has different and unique way to bath. Sadly the ending little bit inconsistent with all other animal kind of bath, since we all knew what bath is pig fave in real life.

Thank you Netgalley for my copy.

The cute cover design drew me to this book. The next pages are a connect the dots activity which may pose an issue for public libraries or school libraries, but a fun idea for individual use (also there are connect the dot activities at the end of the book too). I loved the whimsical and idyllic landscape graphics - it made me want to jump in and visit the country side. On Little Pig's way home, after a day of playing in the mud, the Little Pig, visits different places and animals. At each visit they try a different way to bathe (i.e. geese, cat, donkey) - A cute premise to educate children on how animals keep clean and promote good hygiene. Kids who love farm animal books will like this book. A fun book to read before or after bath time.

Thank you so much to Clavis Publishing and Netgalley for the ebook to read and review.

Little pig is all dirty and needs to have a bath but he is unsure how to get himself clean, so as he walks home smelly and dirty each animal stops him and shares their way of getting clean letting little pig discover which works best for him.

I loved this story and the beautiful illustrations so much, it offered so much in such a small story with little pig discovering so much about his friends, how each one cleans themselves, trying it for himself to see if it suited him or not and then politely carrying on his journey.

I really enjoyed this one and is a perfect book for young children, it’s easy to read sweet illustrations, lots of cute animals and then a fun story all the way through.

Time for a Bath has beautiful illustrations that add to the story as a muddy pig heads toward home for a bath. Along the way, a bunch of other animals offer their advice to bathe how they are but nothing works for Pig except the bath his mom prepares for him. While I appreciate the sentiment of this book being something like one size doesn’t fit all or what works for others may not work for you, it felt a bit head scratching that the other animals bathe in their natural way but the Pig uses a bathtub. Overall, it was a cute story but I feel like it was a bit inconsistent in the end.

This is a cute story for animal loving little ones. Pig gets dirty outside and knows he needs a bath. As he walks along the road, he meets different animals that suggest he try taking a bath their way. From a donkey who rolls around in the dirt to take a bath, to a magpie who gets cleaned by ants, and a cat who licks herself clean. Pig knows none of these baths will work for him. When he finally arrives home, mama has the bathtub already for him!

My 4-year-olds enjoyed this story and the cute colorful illustrations. It was interesting to learn about all of the different ways animals bathe! Thank you to Clavis Publishing and NetGalley for this digital ARC in exchange for an honest review.

This is a sweet little story about Little Pig needing to take a bath. As he walks along, many of the other animals offer for him to take a bath "their way" and little pig discovers that those methods do not work for him at all! When he gets home, his mother has his perfect bath ready for him.

What I didn't care for was that all of the other animals Little Pig comes across take baths in their 'natural way" for example, Cat licks herself to get clean, Chicken using the sand but then Little Pig goes home and takes a bath in a washtub. It seems to me he should have taken one the natural way that real pigs bathe.

Still a cute story though with sweet pictures.
