Book review :

This book is a psychological thriller with romantic aspect. The storyline is quite captivating keeping the reader engrossed in the plot thinking what's going to happen next.

The story revolves around Catrina who starts to feel unhappy in her life and then one day she wakes up in the hospital with no memories of the last 6 months. Her boyfriend comes to get her to take back home. Along the way, she has memories of another life, with another man. But because the doctor in the hospital has told her friends not to tell too much about the period she has lost, it has to come back slowly and naturally, she remains groping in the dark.

Her boyfriend's behavior is loving and she doesn't understand who the other man is in her memory. That man with those blue eyes who makes her heart beat faster. Is that out of love and lust or out of fear?

What actually happened to her? And who is she safe with?
Slowly she starts to gain her memories back and realizes nothing in her life is as she imagined it to be. And while Catrina is being asked to marry Danny, there is suddenly that man with those beautiful blue eyes ...... And he claims to be her husband! Is Dillon the man who tried to strangle her?


Puzzle pieces are slowly coming back. Betrayal and ambiguities give this story a mysterious touch and the ambiguity remains until the last. Kudos to the author for writing such an engrossing story.

Not sure what to believe, her memories or Daniel, Slowly she starts to gain her memories back and realizes nothing in her life is what she thought.
I went into this story not knowing what to expect. I was surprised at the mystery and at how fast paced this story was. I enjoyed the developments of the book, it felt like a thriller romance.

This was not was I was expecting, but I could not put it down! Trina starts to feel unhappy in her life and then one day she wakes up in the hospital with no memories of the last 6 months. Slowly she starts to gain her memories back and realizes nothing in her life is as she imagined it to be. I went into this story with few expectations, but I was genuinely so surprised at how much I loved it! It was super fast paced and I felt like I COULD NOT put it down! I loved the development of Catrina through the book and I loved discovering her memories with her. This felt very much like a thriller romance (is that even a genre?) which made it the perfect combination of my favorite book genres.

A nice, comfortable read.

Awwwww good book! Maybe I've read to many murder mystery books lately because I kept waiting for the suspense and action to come! While this book had some very light suspense it had all the feels too! The storyline was such a heartwarming feel but with a gritty side that I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book! it had its bad guys too! I highly recommend reading this book! It was well worth reading! Very enjoyable read! Thank you Netgalley and the publisher for sharing this book with me!
