This is a really quick and fun read. Lauren Rae grew up around the same time as me so a lot of the references were relevant to me and I think that's why I enjoyed it.

I don't think I'm the intended audience for this book as, at 47, I found it a little immature. The experiences of the author were not particularly exceptional and the writing not of a standard to make up for this. I was unable to continue reading past the point where she insisted that "wine is a personality trait".

Thank you, Lauren, for sharing your story. May you continue to inspire others. This beautiful, comical memoir of Lauren made me laugh so much! If you want something different to read, this one is for you!
