One There was a Lawman- Thomas Kincaid Jones is an FBI agent in town to solve a murder/kidnapping. He loves is job and is not interested in settling down especially in a small town. Annalisa Davis lives next door to the motel he is staying; he parked in her driveway, and she comes to get him to move his car. Since it's a small town everyone knows everyone's business and he keep finding clues to the case he is working. He becomes friends with Annalisa and they share time together, but neither is interested in marriage.. Can Tom leave town when the case is solved?
Christmas Creek Cowboy - Sheriff Calen Jameson is not in the spirit of the season this year and neither is Emmy Kendrick. They found the fiancés together last year at Christmas and have spent the last year spending time together griping about the ex's. Emmy is living in Calen's decease fathers house and finds 4 bags of underlived mail. The town finds out about the mail, and everyone is worried letters from years ago will cause problems.
COMING HOME FOR CHRISTMAS - Lucy is running the local B&B and Caleb Erickson shows up at the B&B. Caleb washer brothers' best friend growing up and she has loved him for years. Caleb is in town to see his father and try to close out his past with his father. Lucy's B&B is empty due to terrible weather and Caleb and her spend time together. The inn loses power, and they go to his father's ranch; can they found what they both need before Christmas?
I like anthologies as you get shorter stories that are perfect for reading in an evening. This has a fun theme running through that the three authors used for their starting point. In the first story, we have Tom, a grumpy FBI agent, trying to solve a mystery and meets Annalisa, a local nurse. In the course of solving the murder, Tom realizes he has found the love and life he never knew he wanted. In the second story, we find Calen and Emmy changing their minds about not liking Christmas after hidden secrets come to light. This is a second chance romance with some surprises thrown in. The final story has Caleb coming home for the holidays and running into Lucy, his childhood friend's little sister. The story has Caleb and Lucy finding love but also figuring out how to deal with past hurts with their families and move on to a better relationship. Although I would have liked a bit more of an ending with this one. All are well written and leave you feeling good.
Christmas Eve Cowboy, is a great collection of three awesome authors with their newest Christmas novellas. Each are very different books that only have Christmas in common.
The bundle of 3 Christmas short stories with very lovely stories that will warm your heart, especially on incoming shorter days.
ONCE THERE WAS A LAWMAN * Diana Palmer 4. Stars
A bitter agent and sass nurse find their own Christmas miracle. Lovely story interesting with a bit of suspense and finding that finding love matters more than dwelling on the past.
CHRISTMAS CREEK COWBOY * Delores Fossen 5 Stars
This Christmas is special for Calen and Emmy. After one year when they had both been cheated on, they find love.
COMING HOME FOR CHRISTMAS * Kate Pearce 4 Stars
Falling in love with his best friend's sister was never the plan but waiting on the snowstorm to pass Lucy's dreams come true and Caleb might be receiving a gift he never knew he wanted.
I volunteered to review an ARC of this book for NetGalley
I always look forward to Christmas stories and these three were no exception.
Diana Palmer's slow burn love story about a lawman and a nurse solving a case and falling in love at Christmas. This was a good story.
Christmas Creek Cowboy was a cute Christmas story. I found this an enjoyable read.
Coming Home for Christmas was an okay read for me.
This was such a fast read, I flew threw this book and I loved every single minute of it. I enjoyed all three stories but I think one and three were definitely my favorite. The stories were put together so well, the writing was great, They definitely put me in that Hallmark christmas movie mood and made me miss the cold weather, the smell of hot cocoa and the christmas music. Just that overall feel of the magic that you find during those times. One of the best feelings. Also that cover, to die for.
When I think of romance, I think of books just like this one, that gives all the feels and satisfies every romance junkies' heart. This is a perfect book to snuggle up with on any day.

This is three Short Christmas Cowboy Romance Stories. I loved the first short story in this book (Once There was a Lawman) so much. I loved the two main characters in this book, and their romance was so great. I found the suspense to be great, and the romance cute and there were funny parts too. The second book (Christmas Creek Cowboy) was cute and fun to read. I really got into the story. The characters were great too. The third book (Christmas Eve Cowboy) was a good story, but it was not my favorite of the three. The characters were good. I received an ARC of this book. This review is my own honest opinion about the book like all my reviews are.
This is a good book. This book has three stories in it. They are all great stories. They all have cowboys in the story, all the stories happens at Christmas and they all have a couple that falls in love with each other.
It's never too early to read Christmas stories:) I very much enjoyed the 3 short stories that make up this book. You get a little bit of everything and a whole lot of romance and they all take place at my favourite time of year....Christmas!
I received an ARC of this book via NetGalley and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
Christmas Eve Cowboy
Thank you Kensington Books and Netgalley for the e-arc in exchange for my honest review.
Three cozy Christmas romance stories that give the lucky ladies cowboys and a cop. This typically isn’t my go to type of read but my grandmother enjoys all of Diana Palmer’s books so I gave it a try. These are all quick reads and enjoyable guilty pleasures.
The compilation, Christmas Eve Cowboy, with stories by Diana Palmer, Delores Fossen, and Kate Pearce, is a warm blanket on a cold day. The best parts of Christmas make each short story a lovely and quick read, perfect for the season.
I received an arc from NetGalley and this is my honest opinion.
I would have to say Lucy and Caleb was my favorite story out of the three in this book. You could feel their chemistry the most.
I always love D. Palmer as well however The age gap storyline is not My favorite and gets mentioned too often in my opinion.
This is a trio of stories set during the Christmas Season and involving cowboys (and a cop). They were entertaining and a little off the normal track of these types of stories. Each one had a unique take. THis would be good vacation feel good reading.
I have voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book that I received from NetGalley. All views expressed are only my own honest opinion.
Three short stories involving the Christmas holiday and a little romance included. Each was about things that had happened to one of the individuals that affected their reasons for not enjoying Christmas and the person that was able to change their mind. Our library doesn’t purchase paperbacks but they are sometimes donated. This is a book that I would personally buy and recommend it to others.
I got bored and didn't finish it. Almost immediately, in fact, when the book started talking about the FBI and a kidnapping, because that isn't the style of romance I was in the mood for. I suppose I could have skipped ahead to the next story, but I didn't. Sorry, author.
I liked all the individual stories. They were all quick reads.
Once There Was A Lawman by Diana Palmer
This was a short story that had a touch of mystery to it. It was more about the romance between Tom and Annalisa. They were both lonely. It was a sweet story told in Diana Palmer’s signature style.
Christmas Creek Cowboy by Delores FOSSEN
Calen and Emmy are such a cute couple. It had a little mystery with undelivered mail by the sheriff’s deceased mailman dad.
Coming Home For Christmas by Kate Pearce
It’s a cute little story. I really liked Caleb and Lucy.
I have loved Diana Palmer for years and years and this novella story was just as sexy and romantic as can be.
I enjoyed reading the three short stories in Christmas Ever Cowboy by three amazing authors, by Diana Palmer, Delores Fossen and Kate Pearce. Feel-good, lovely stories to keep you warm on a chilly night!
