Another incredibly cute and fun entry in the Narwhal and Jelly universe. I think this might be the best one yet! I loved the emphases on not only loving yourself for who you are, but your friends too. What a lovely story with a fantastic message. Very silly too!
A new Narwhal and Jelly book! Loved characters in our house made this an instant hit. Another great book for your early readers who want a bit more. Cute illustrations and an overall fun story.
Jelly and Narwhal--best friends and world-famous adventurers--love to go where new friends and delicious waffle snacks can be found. Some people know that a narwhal is called "the unicorn of the sea;" in this book, they visit a very cheerful place never-before seen by human or fish... (I don't want to ruin the surprise!)
Narwhal remembered that being good friends takes effort. Sometimes we all need to be reminded how to be the best friend a Jelly could have!
If you know someone who likes a silly story, kindness, good friends, adventure, awesomeness, waffles, and puns, they may be a narwhal! Or somebody who would love to read about Narwhalicorns!
Parents, please note that a play on words occasionally pops up such as "It 'shore' would," or "unbelievabowl," because this dynamic pair is a veritable comedy team who lives in the ocean. Kids laugh at the obvious jokes; I don't think they actually ruin spelling scores.
This is my third (or fourth?) Narwhal and Jelly adventure, and I have enjoyed all of them. They are funny and always have a message. I recommend books in the series as fun gifts for a person of any age.

This was super cute! I really enjoyed the lesson. The art is sooo cute. This would be great for my child.
Fans of Narwhal and Jelly will enjoy this one for sure. It was fun and silly, and had a great moral about listening and treating our friends with respect. However, it was a bit 'out there' and much more imaginative and less science-fact based than the last volumes.
As always 5 stars! I love this series so much. It is a lot of fun. Narwhal is out to show Jelly that unicorns do exist. Since this requires going on land, Narwhal depends on the star to help along the way. I think my favorite part of the story is the names for the other animals. I will definitely be adding this to my classroom library and personal library.
5 stars!
Yet another instant classic from Ben Clanton! Narwhal and Jelly continue exploring and developing their friendship in this quirky, pun-packed feast for the eyes when Narhwal wishes for a horn and legs and ends up traveling to the Unicorn Planet with his best chum, Jelly.
A cute and sweet children's book. It's about friendship and listening to your friends. Such a good read and a fun art style. 5 out of 5 stars.
Such a cute book! I love these and would always suggest them to kids and their parents when I was a bookseller in our kids department. The art is adorable and the characters are fun! Just ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all around!

Narwhal wishes to meet a real unicorn. Narwhal wishes for an adventure and takes Jelly along. Jelly would rather get some sleep. On the way to partycorn, Narwhal notices that Jelly isn’t really having a good time. Narwhal learns that he can have adventures but he also needs to listen to what his friends might want or need to do.
Narwhalicorn and Jelly was a cute and fun read. It seemed a bit short compared to the other books in this series though. Also, the added fun of the waffle and strawberry sidekick storyline wasn’t in this book. With that said, I think any fan of Narwhal and Jelly (and unicorns!) would still enjoy the story. Thank you to the publisher through NetGalley for an arc of this book. All opinions in this review are my own.
WOW!! Loved this beautiful book. The friendship of Narwhal and Jelly is amazing. Great message on accepting where you are (living) and who you are. And that friendship is important. I will defiantly buy a copy for my classroom library to have for my students. I know they will love it.
I wish I may, I wish I might... also be a unicorn tonight!!
How much fun is Narwhalicorn and Jelly Book #7?! SO much fun, it's like a party in a book! What a great way to keep readers interested and reading all night. The colorful and whimsical illustrations kept me ohh-ing and ahh-ing throughout the story (especially when Narwhalicorn got his blue hair!!). This is just an adorable story about wishes, seeing if the grass is actually greener on the other side of the fence and friendships new and old.
I would just like to put in my request for an invitation to the Unicorn Planet :)
Grateful to have received a digital copy of this book from NetGalley & Penguin Random House Canada, Tundra Books.
Ben Clanton, congrats! Another hit book in the Narwal and Jelly book series. Both the story and the illustrations are fun and adorable as usual. Can't wait to see what these two quirky friends get up to next.
ARC COpy...It is another light heart yet hyper adventure of friendship with Narwhal and Jelly. Only this...of course the fact of what is a Unicorn exactly is going to be brought up, is Narwhal is often dubbed "unicorn of the sea".
I adore the Narwhal and Jelly series so much, even as an adult. This episode of the series takes us to land, where Narwhal turns into a Narwhalicorn and Jelly is begrudgingly along for the ride. I am always impressed with the author's concise storyline and his amazing illustrations.
My kids absolutely loved this book!
I loved the play on words. The illustrations were great.
My kids loved the adventure on legs and unicorn planet.
5⭐
This is a series my son is obsessed with. We have the other 6 books, so I was excited to see this available for review. We read it together tonight before bed. While an e copy is hard to navigate, it was so wonderful to see him smiling at the newest book. These are such great books to read aloud, and learn to read together.
Thank you so much to NetGalley for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
My kids love these books! Who wouldn't love a story about a wish to have legs and walk on land to a "unicorn planet/party."
This book is a graphic novel style that is great for even reluctant new readers. It was the right level for my elementary school daughters.
The pictures are fun and whimsical even though they are a basic sketch style. My kids can't wait to read the next adventure of Narwhal and Jelly!
Thank you to Penguin Random House and Netgalley for providing a copy of this ARC for my honest review.
My child absolutely loves this series and was thrilled to find out another book was coming! The format made the book hard to read as the pages were split into a top and bottom. Putting that aside the story is wonderful. We read it together and my child loved it. Great story!
