I enjoyed sampling this set enough that I went and picked up samplers from past years. I began reading Tessa Dare’s sample from a few years and got all of the available books in the series from my library. I was happy to be exposed to authors who were new to me.

I love Buzz Books editions! It's always terrific to get advance peeks at upcoming books, which is also why I'm a NetGalley member. I'll probably request about half of these once I catch up on my TBR/review pile-lol.

I am relatively new to the bookstagram game and have made a concerted effort to expand my genre scope in the future. Summer seemed like an opportune time to dive into some romance novels which usually stay on my shelves un-opened. I have surprised myself and have really enjoyed digesting some fantastic and thought-provoking novels. This Buzz Books guide gives me a road map to stay in the Romance game and plan out my reading for the fall and winter seasons with a well curated list! Thank you again NetGalley for providing the resources to help me create the best possible TBR list!

Great sampler of upcoming releases in the romance genre. Definitely adding a lot of these to my TBR list for Fall 2022 and early 2023. A great mix of well-known authors in the genre and some fresh new voices. Thank you to Publishers Lunch for offering this collection.

Good overview of upcoming Romance releases. A few were on my radar, but there were quite a few more that I hadn't heard of yet but am now enticed to read. The one downside is that some previews didn't contain a cover (probably because they're not released at the time of publication), but that's a personal preference. I would also like to see more Fantasy/Romance crossover books.

A few books that I am particularly interested in:
-Georgie, All Along by Kate Clayborn (Kensington)
-Drunk on Love by Jasmine Guillory (Berkley)
-A Witch's Guide to Fake-Dating a Demon by Sarah Hawley (Berkley)
-Something Wild & Wonderful by Anita Kelly (Forever)
-End of Story by Kylie Scott (Graydon House)
-Queen of Myth and Monsters by Scarlett St. Clair (Bloom Books) - this is a sequel

This is amazing!!!💕 What a great little compilation of excerpts/ teasers from tons of fabulous romance authors. There are some big names on here, like Abby Jimenez, Kennedy Ryan, Anna Todd, and some lesser known authors as well. I definitely found a handful of books to add to my list! Thanks NetGalley! ☺️

I appreciated the specificity of this guide and the fact that I was able to jump to listings from the Table of Contents. I do wonder about the books who are not listed here, however. I would like to see some books listed by authors who are not already listed in most lists.

For Net Galley Only - When I asked for this book, I thought it was full novels and not samples. I am not sure what you want me to review? Great Authors and curation of novels. Next time, I would like to read a full book.

I always enjoy these samplers. A little taste to get a feel for a book. I’m more into rom coms so there are a few books I am adding to my TBR.

I loved the little taste of Kennedy Ryan's new novel, and I am anxiouly awaiting the full length novel on the 15th of November.

This was a great way to find new books and authors, and I really enjoyed reading the excerpts. Until I discovered that some of the books I fell in love with were actually unavailable to read in any form: not ARC requests, not preorders, nothing. So I'm not sure what the point was. After the first few disappointments (reading to the end only to find it was unavailable), I began skipping those excerpts.

Maybe it was thought that, if readers liked a certain author's style, they would be willing to investigate her already-published works (with different characters and story lines), and buy them instead? Nuh uh. So, 2 demerits for poor execution.

Love the Buzz Books previews. They never disappoint and I never finish one without a list of books to ask for. It is easy to choose books from authors that you know and love. Buzz Books always give me. aglimpse into the works of people I haven’t found yet.

I love that Netgalley does these Buzz books. Romance is my favorite genre so I was really excited for a preview of whats to come in 2022. I got so excited to see Abby Jimenez's new book in here and it was fun to read the first few chapters. Allison Winn Scotch was also featured in this book and thanks to the book, I might reach out to the publisher for an advanced copy of this one (since I was denied on Netgalley). It sounds so good!
