“Unreasonable Hospitality” by Will Guidara is a great book for anyone in the hospitality industry or business as being hospitable goes well beyond restaurants and hotels. I truly enjoyed Guidara book as I had a previous career in hospitality and was able to connect on many topics. My favorite quote, and something I will take with me is that “service is black and white, hospitality is in color.”
