I love this book! I love buddhas insight and knowledge. I really get a lot from him. I use a lot of these types of books as I’ve breakers in my class and therapy sessions! Love love!

Tiny Buddha's Inner Strength Journal by Lori Deschene A comprehensive journal that is beneficial in assisting the reader on what they need do to enrich their own inner strength. Powerful ideas and activities aid in the development of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual skills. Also included are a series of guided meditative practices help to promote inner strength and motivation.

Tiny Buddha's Inner Strength Journal by Lori Deschene is the companion you will want as you weather the personal struggles of the day to day. Through thoughtful prompts and mindful exercises, the reader is gently guided through a series of meditative practices that foster inner strength and motivation. I have long been a follower of Ms Deschene's social media page Tiny Buddha, and found this journal to be a natural extension of the journey toward strenth and healing. 4.5 stars
