A fabulous read that is so mind blowing as you read. I am so loving this series and the author brings out the characters you either love or hate them, leaving you hungry for more chapter after chapter with a cracking ending.

Another brilliant book in the Drew family series. A great gritty storyline with the twists and non stop action I love with Emma’s books. This keeps me on the edge of my seat. Bring on the next instalment, I can’t wait. I 1000% recommend this book and author.

This is book #4 in the Drew family series. Whilst it is part of a series it can be read as a standalone book easily as the background is explained well. We’re back with Lily Drew, her niece Scarlett and the rest of her close-knit family. I’ve read the rest of this series, so have come to know the characters well and it does feel like you are returning to old friends (or enemies!) In this book we again find ourselves wrapped up in the gritty gangland life that we’ve come to know from this author!

I’m really enjoying this series and love Lily Drew as the matriarch of the family. She’s one hard as nails businesswoman with a soft centre where her family are concerned! I always feel slightly in awe and yet still really frightened of her whenever she appears! She does, however, have more than her fair share of problems in this book when long hidden secrets begin to unravel, and the family begin to look like they may be in trouble. Her niece Scarlett is also back, trying to keep her relationship with John under wraps. I must admit that whilst I initially liked Scarlett, I’m not sure whether that’s still the case. She does seem to be causing a lot of problems for the family and comes across as a little self-centred. Perhaps Ruby is right all along that Scarlett shouldn’t be part of the family business, I guess we’ll just have to watch this space to see what happens in future books!

Like other books written by this author, we are treated to a great London gangland story, with plenty of drama, violence and bad language to give it that authentic feel! The storyline grabs you from the very first page and doesn’t put you down until it’s finished. Of course, we are left with a bit of a nail-biting finish, which has left me wanting more and having to wait in anticipation for the next book. The storyline was fast paced, gripping and exciting, and creates that bit of escapism into the scary, dark London underworld! Would recommend!

Another gripping read from Emma Tallon with more than the usual drama that the Drews experience. There is a few future storylines intertwined with the main one and hints at what the next book will possibly be. As always Emma keeps the reader guessing and for a while I thought we would be saying goodbye to one of the main characters. Five stars from me.

what can i say this book so blooming good very addictive you won't want to stop once you start. Cillian loves his boxing club its been there for years and the person that runs it Jimmy tells him the property is being sold he tells his mum Lily Drew and she will help to stop it. but someone is taking the men from the boxing club and they never return just a note sent to family and Cillian wants to know who is behind it Ruby hate for Scarlet is getting more wont say no more but so good this author is just brilliant i so cant wait for the next instalment of this series

Another fantastic read from Emma tallon I just love the free family books . I couldn't put this book down it is a must read .

What a riveting read had me gripped from the start I love the Drews(well except for one)they are a close family and Lily sees that they look out for each other.This book has some great twists and turns thanks to Emma Tallons great talent of writing to draw the reader in and to keep them gripped.EXCELLENT Book loved it 5*

Oh my God, when I saw the fourth part was ready to be downloaded as an ARC, I was exited. I honestly could read an Emma Tallon book every day of the week and I know I would never get tired of it. You count the days until the next one will be published. With this author I am almost counting the seconds until I can put my hands on a new one.

Her revenge… the title is a perfect fit for this thrilling, gripping, moving story. I don’t know what it is these days, (is it the old age?? 😉 ), but my emotions really are all over the place when I am reading. I was gasping, wiping tears away, holding my breath, smiling,… A catalogue full of feelings were parading through my mind.

I am not murderous, but I could have strangled someone here too. Djeezes, how vicious can you be. The ache for revenge was so strong, she totally lost it. She did not realise what the consequences were going to be for the family. Well, maybe that’s not true. She did think about consequences but only those she wanted to see.

It’s always a pity when I reach the final page of a book by this author. I am never ready to say goodbye yet. But on a positive note, I know I will meet them again, welcoming me into their family, sharing their feelings and thoughts with me, like I am one of their own.

I love Emma’s books and they just seem to keep getting better…. The kind of twisty, jet-fueled thriller that explodes on page one and has you happily abandoning work, sleep, and life as you race to the stunning end. Don't miss this one. I was immediately hooked. A fast paced, effortlessly quick read where the pages just turned themselves and I was engaged throughout, mission accomplished. Whirlwind of a thriller! I loved it. Top marks!!!

Once again we have been reminded why you are an absolute queen. It baffles me that someone so lovely can write something so dark. This book is just phenomenal.

I love everything about this book- the Drew’s, Freddie, the darker crimes and secrets unfolding. You are taken on a rollercoaster ride and this definitely is one you don’t want to get off.

I love how Emma writes, you are instantly pulled in and this is one that I haven’t wanted to end. This is a complete and utter gem and I definitely haven’t wanted to put this book down.

The Drew’s are questionable but I do love them. I love how we get to venture to the dark side with them and it’s completely impossible to dislike them even when their activities are the other side of the law.

The secrets that unravel in the book have made my jaw drop and I NEED MORE LIKE NOW!! I can’t believe that ending, I’m speechless. I may need some spoilers from Emma.

I’ve read ALL of Emma’s books and I can hand on heart say that each one gets better and better. This is another gem, I loved it from the beginning and cannot wait for everyone to read this.

Queen Emma is back and better than ever… I can’t wait to see what’s next.
