This succinct book was an excellent, all-around self-help book. It is straightforward and well-written, focusing on how to take care of your own health, relationships, finances, and mindset. While it didn't have anything earth-shatteringly new to share, the advice was sound and good reminders of basic self discipline and care. This might be particularly good for a young person or for someone really struggling with the basics of self care.

Lots of food for thought in this straightforward book. Ideal for use as a reset. Lots of pauses for self-reflection and good summaries. Often these types of books are needlessly long and meandering but this is great, concise and very useful.

Some great advice and even some relevant information that applies to someone like me (S/W/F/Vet assistant). It was annoying that there was not a kindle version and I had to struggle to read this on Netgalley shelf. Other than that, it was still a useful self-help book.

I could also not add this to Goodreads. So I cannot post a review there. Will post this to Amazon.

So few of us take the time to review whether we are living our best life- or not.
We know something is wrong, or missing, but don't work on a hard analysis of our fundamental health and wellbeing before moving onto relationships, finance and mindset.
This book shows you how.
The exercises in the 8 week sessions are particularly useful.
Invest the time in yourself. And realise your true and highest potential.

I feel really bad for saying this, but I couldn't bring myself to finish this book. I made it about 2/3 of the way through it, but the author's tone of voice seemed too robotic, almost. It had solid advice but I wish it was written in a more engaging way.

Very simple, yet informative. Loads of enlightening information that was pleasant to read. It was a quick read for me. Love it!

Clearly written and well-organized. This self-help is set up as an 8 week program to work through. Lots of good nuggets of information to explore.

So enlightening and gripping. Really loved and enjoyed it. The writing was simple yet provocative. Definitely a full 5 stars read for me!!
