I was excited when NetGalley gave me the chance to read this book. I had read a couple of reviews and the teaser and thought it would be so fun to learn more about a guy trying to find out which woman in the world accidentally received his sperm. What a great premise, right?

However, instead of thanking NetGalley, I find myself apologizing to them. I'm sure by affording me this opportunity, they were hoping for a positive review. I wanted to like it and to finish it; I really did. BUT the language was just atrocious. It started out with the "F word" in the first paragraph and just went downhill from there. It was, at least, mentioned once on every page, sometimes as many as five times. And it was not the ONLY offensive word. All of the conversations had me cringing.

If other readers were able to get past it and finish, more power to you.

An interesting story-line. Puts a different spin on the cryobanks and associated processes. The two male characters show an incredible amount of growth throughout the novel.
I would have like clarity on two points: Sheila and Louise's baby and Sheila's parents; what happened to the cryobank - any other mixups? Oh, and having Grace pop up again would have been awesome.
All in all, not a bad read - way better than what I was expecting.
Thanks to NetGalley and the publishers for allowing me to read this book..

Thank you to NetGalley and the publishers for providing a free copy in exchange of an honest review. This story is basically about a man, Jason who suddenly had a midlife crisis and went to freeze his sperm only then to decide to terminate it. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up and there’s a chance that he could be a dad. Honestly this book was really fun and I did enjoy but god the ending I hate the ending. I wanted to give it 4 stars but the ending really ruined it. I guess in a way it’s kinda realistic? Also the book was never marketed as a romance book so maybe that’s why. All in all it’s actually a pretty fun read though some of it is a bit dated since it was written in 2014.
