I read this because I enjoyed the first book of Vicar's adventures so much. I have to say that it took me a while to get into this book, but once I did the surreal happenings in the town and especially in Vicar's pub and hotel kepy me entertained. Once again Tony Vicar is targetted by old and new adversaries but is supported by old and new friends. I hope to read more about him, Jacqui O and the others in the future.
Thanks to Net Galley for the ARC in exchange for an honest review

OnlyInCanadaEh! The Vicars’s Knickers is a romp through “the island” the likes you’ve never seen. You’ll cozy up to the bar, shine it up with your sleeves, and watch the characters grow. They never flinch in their support for each other. Vince Ditrich’s three part novel reminds us of the importance of friendship, community, and warns us of the darker side(s) of SMS. I guarantee that you’ll not be able to put down Part Three once it begins. His characters won’t let you go. Let your journey to “the island “ capture the essence of people and besides, there is a moose on the loose! How Canadian is that! Kudos to your crew, family, your other family (Spirit of the West), TDM, and even CKUA for introducing me all those years ago. However, I do believe thatTDM should make that a bottle of your favourite….I’m just saying. -From the Retired One-Eyed Educator (now that’s another story.)
