This book was absolutely amazing. I read it in one sitting and I cannot tell you how relatable the FMC is in her strength but also in how she holds herself. I was beyond impressed with this book, It is mostly a fade to black on the spice which I am typically not a fan of but this was done very well and you still feel the full connection of the characters. The structure of the story was not only well written but easy to follow. The author had me hooked before the end of the first chapter and kept me at the edge of my seat the entire story. I will be adding my review to Amazon on the release date.

I am not sure if it is part of a series or not but it does read great as a stand alone. There are parts that are comedic but I am not sure I would classify this as a romantic comedy. I mean her best friend dies. Is there such a thing as a demonology professor? For me, this was a breath of fresh air-something different and fun. It is a unique spin on the paranormal. But what happens to them next? Will there be more? 4 stars

This super sweet read is perfect for escaping bruised emotions & you need nothing but the sugary sweetness. It's not full of all the angst but does have some emotions to work through. This is definitely going in my favorites for those days I need something to help me, without all the really negative & angry emotions to work through.
