"The Beauty of Tribulation" is a powerful, thought provoking book, that delves into the many aspects of the suffering we endure as Christians, and the myriad of ways God uses those experiences to benefit us. My biggest takeaway was our need for tribulation in order to separate us from self and draw us to divine. The author has an amazing ability of tying everything to scripture, with some real life examples interspersed for an easier grasp of certain situations. I thoroughly enjoyed this quick read, and because we are all either going through tribulation, in tribulation, or coming out of tribulation, I highly recommend it for all.

The Beauty of Tribulation was an enlightening read and I must admit, I was snagged by the title alone. What could possibly be alluring about tribulation, but the book was very detailed about how God uses the very difficult to bring about needed change in our lives. If I had any complaint, the ending seemed rather abrupt,; otherwise it was thought-provoking and helped me understand a hard subject.
