Since I broke my back, and cannot do strenuous workouts, I've put on weight and have a hard time taking it off.

This book gives me something else to try!

Informative. As I get older, I enjoy reading books that will help me stay healthy!

This is a well written and structured book. All of the recipes were explained clearly. I will certainly be trying some of these recipes.

This was a great little book that is very well written so was very easy to understand. Gave a good insight to calories, fats, proteins etc even if its stuff I already knew it was good to re-learn it. Helpful meal plans too.

Great book. Learned so much from this book. It was full of really interesting and useful information. Would be great to put it all into action. The book was very well written

Understanding carbohydrates, fats and how the body uses them can never be under estimated and here they are clearly explained.
My question is……why then does this book go one to give details of a starvation diet? Of course you are going to loose weight, but be prepared for the dizzy spells and lack of energy. This, in truth, is a ‘carb free’ diet. The only carbs seem to come from fruit juice and copious amounts of milk with the odd cracker thrown in. On a thousand calories a day who wouldn’t loose wait?

A great book with helpful and useful ideas, great recipes and this will be a book I refer back to time and again.

I must say I never following these books to a tee but I find the fun and enjoy trying new things, new ideas and especially new foods and recipes.

A book most everyone could use to stay on track, stay healthy and lose weight if that is your goal.

Eat your way slim is a valuable tool to help shed some weight gain and identifies some misconceptions about what we are eating.

What did I like? The meal plan for the ten day looked pretty easy and I had most of the food already. The book discusses vitamins, and the importance of them. A wealth of information for diet enthusiasts.

Would I recommend or buy? Other than the ten day plan the book was interesting. It had a little bit of everything but nothing too overwhelming. I like to read diet books to see what kind of information is given. I definitely will give the ten day a try.

I always enjoy reading about a science based approach to weight-loss. This provided that in a fairly easy to follow way. The maths and science weren't too hard to comprehend and I enjoyed the explanation of the logic behind them.
