Below is a short story about 2 people sent to explore a mine. One with a professional investment, the other with a personal one. Mines are definitely on the list of places things never go well, and things definitely went bad in a hurry. The characters didn’t feed into stereotypes, and that can tend to happen when one of the characters is an influencer, or involved in social media like Jess was. This was a quick read and I liked the redemption ending
