A great choice for your toddler's first cookbook. The recipes are easy and fun, with mostly "real" ingredients (hardly any processed ones), and the instructions are easy to follow, even for the most amateur of adult chefs. This cookbook includes lots of pictures and only had a few ingredients I'd need to substitute for my child's special diet. Includes recipes for all meals as well as snacks and beverages. Already saved a few new recipes to test out soon!

This book had the best recipes. And because it is addressed to kids they are very easy to make. I love it!
This book is the perfect kids cookbook. The recipes are so easy to follow. The foods in this cookbook are foods that kids will love to make and love to eat.
I received this ARC in exchange for my honest review.
This is such a fun way to incorporate the kids in your life into the kitchen as well!
This is fun. With fewest ingredients.. great recipes.. ideal for kids.. Our little chef too started off with a 'chicken soup recipe for kids' and now theres no stopping.
This is a fabulously presented book, with a full page of instructions illustrated with a color photo of the finished dish, parent and children can create fun drinks, breakfast, lunch, snacks with sides, main meals, sweets and much more.
The book also lists and illustrates a list of equipment and advises on some safe knives that can be purchase so the kids can do a fair share of the knife work. The photographs are very appetizing and would really appeal to all age groups - adults and children
A great book to get those master chefs started. . Thanks you NetGalley and the publishers for the DRC
Fun little cookbook for cooking with little ones. My nephews enjoyed making some of these things with me, especially the scrambled egg bar and turkey roll-ups. The pictures are vibrant and cute. I'd recommend reading this on a larger tablet instead of an ereader so the kiddos can read along with you!
Loved these easy recipes. I can't wait to try some of these with my nieces and nephews.
Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for providing a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. All opinions expressed are my own
The food styling and photography choices in this book are so pretty. I like the visual representation of each recipe and the tiny snippets of instructions on the side and bottom accompanying it. There is a great selection of recipes from different cultures as well. A nice introduction to a variety of ingredients :)
Such a fun read! Easy to follow recipes from a variety of cultures. Simple to put together, perfect snacks and bites for kids and adults alike! A great book for any budding chef’s bookshelf.
This book was incredibly well done! I loved the fact that each recipe had a difficulty rating so you can choose recipes accordingly. The photos of each recipe were beautiful and colorful which made the overall reading experience much more enjoyable. The recipes themselves were simple and kid-friendly without being boring/bland which is a difficult balance and I loved that most recipes incorporated fresh produce and interesting flavors. Lastly, I enjoyed the helpful hints in each section so you have ideas of how to involve the kiddos in your life. Definitely recommend!
Cooking With Kids is hands down one of the best kids cook books we have tried out. These recipes are loved by our whole family not just kid friendly but adult friendly too!
My daughter is a very picky eater yet tried almost every recipe we made and now asks for them regularly. The Best Ever Banana Bread recipe doesn’t lie, legit the Best Banana bread I have made and I have used many different recipes!
I love cook books that are for kids as cooking/baking is such a fun activity that you can do as a family during your busy day to day life.
I will def be recommending this kids cook book to all my friends with kids and will def be a go to gift for up coming Birthday and Christmas gifts.
I have a confession to make. I’m a lazy cook. I don’t like spending hours of prep time, or cooking a meal that I have to constantly have to tend to. I have pretty plain tastes, and although I am a cookbook lover, some just require recipes that have way too many steps and ingredients that I just don’t want to be a part of. So, I figured a children’s cookbook could be just the thing.
Author Brianne Grajkowski offers up recipes such as . . . Easy to make smoothies, Scrambled Eggs Bar, Chocolate Chip Scones, Turkey Roll-Ups, Sub Sammies, Sweet Potato Bites, Snack Board, Mongolian Beef Noodles, Lemon-Baked Fish, Candy Cane Danish, Lemon Crinkle Cookies, and many more.
COOKING WITH KIDS was just what I needed. Absolutely quick to make meals that weren’t over saturated with ingredients I would never eat. They also make for great canvases for me to add spices and ingredients that I like. There are also plenty of color photos
I think parents and kids are going to love COOKING WITH KIDS: Fun, Easy, Approachable Recipes to Help Teach Kids How To Cooks.
Thank you, NetGalley for an e-ARC of Cooking with Kids by Brianne Grajkowski.
Cooking with Kids is a cookbook created using kid friendly recipes. The introduction includes a list of non-food items that are used in the recipes. Each recipe has a description and photo. The photos are visually appealing and the recipes offer a variety of food ideas.
I really like having cookbooks in my library for my students, so I'm always on the look out for new ones. This one seemed promising, but the directions are fairly complicated and would require a lot of adult help. Some of the directions were unclear (even after repeated readings) and some of the techniques could have been shown with images instead of the adorable, smiling kids.
"Cooking with Kids" includes more than 100 recipes from breakfast, to snacks, drinks and everything in between. I love the variety of recipes, and that each recipe includes the serving size and also how long the recipe takes to make.
Cooking with Kids by Brianne Grajkowski is a wonderful colorful easy step instruction book when cooking with your children. I can picture my daughters making some of these recipes with my grandchildren. My little two year old granddaughter loves to help her mom in the kitchen. My daughter could let her stir some of the recipes. I love the pictures, and the fact that it tells you in the recipes what utensils are being used.
I received an advance reader copy of this book to read in exchange for an honest review via netgalley and the publishers.
Cooking with Kids is a fun child friendly cookbook for kids jam packed full of simple recipes for them to try out with their grown up. This book has simple ingredients that don't break the bank, has photos to accompany each dish, easy to understand instructions and some very tasty sounding dishes that kids will enjoy.
This would make a great book to get to spend some quality time with your child, help with nurturing and also giving them some independence and cooking skills too. I can't wait to try these recipes with my daughter over summer and there are so many I want to try with her. She's a fussy eater so I'm hoping that getting her more involved in food prep and meal making will encourage her appetite and help her to try new things.
So many great tips and advice on cooking with kids. Loved that it had a meaningful story on how the book came about. Can't wait to start trying the recipes with my daughter
I seriously loved this little cookbook. It has easy recipes that are very kid friendly but only in taste, but in cooking ability.
