If you are looking for a great Christmas Rom Com, you should read The Road to Christmas by Sheila Roberts. Michelle and Max have three grown daughters who live out of state which makes it easy for them to hide the fact that their marriage is crumbling. When their youngest daughter Julia does not want to travel with her new baby, they all decide that they will visit her for Christmas. What begins is an interesting road trip for 3 different groups. First, Max and Michelle decide to drive together but cannot get along. Second, Shyla and Audrey, who are Michelle and Max’s two other daughters, drive from California. Third, Grandpa and Grandma (Max’s parents) who may be a bit old to be driving alone. Along the way, each group experiences a few bumps in the road such as an accident, health scare, snow storm and their car breaking down. One individual even finds romance along the way!

The Road to Christmas is full of humorous episodes that will keep you laughing even after you have read the book. This is a book that you can enjoy during the holiday season and maybe read the book along with a few friends!

Thanks to the publisher for the electronic copy. Settle in a comfy chair...enjoy an afternoon with this story...these characters...
