Fantastic. I loved that the author included transcripts from the time, allowing insights into how people spoke and interacted at the time. He drew together the evidence and the context really clearly, making the story very accessible even to readers unfamiliar with the time.

An interesting true crime novel set in the early 1900’s. The story is well told and the accounts enhance the telling of the crime and aftermath. A good book for the true crime enthusiast.
