Beeco and the Justimators is a really fun book exploring Space!! I loved the illustrations, they were bright and colorful. I think this would be a good book for a middle school.er

This book is about Beeco a traveling space bear. He has recently been put in charge of a mission to create peace in space. It isn't my favourite picture book as I found the story both dull and confusing at times. There is quite a bit of text on a page. There are lots of made up words and names like "blipping", "Gelborn" and "vacutube", as well as some uncommon words that are likely to be challenging or unfamiliar to young readers such as "sentinels", "teleporter" and "bravado". I can't really picture reading this to a child, and I have worked with thousands of children in various educational settings. I feel it would require a lot of stopping to explain things and the story doesn't have enough depth or vocabulary context/content to make the difficulty and learning opportunities worth while.
