I loved this book. For those of us working with organizations, it’s abundantly clear that the secret sauce of success rarely depends on the best technology or idea—but on the way it is delivered and the ability of the organization to grow, change, collaborate and serve. Those all emerge from culture. But, building a culture that will elevate a business above the average is hard and often mysterious. Daniel Strode really illuminates both why it matters and how to create the right conditions for an extraordinary organizational culture. I highly recommend The Culture Advantage, and will be suggesting my client CEOs read it and share it with their teams.
