This is the hardest one in the Business Myths series to figure out where the book is busting a myth and where it is suggesting good practice. I don’t think this is for the beginner, but you may find it useful for a refresh of the principles of good and bad strategy.

This book became one of my favorite. It doesn't provide loads of new information on strategy or concepts of strategy building. What makes it special? The concentration of the information that can help in making strategic decisions. Strategy is a set of choices in VUCA environment and it is very important for leaders and mangers to drive the right choices at the correct time.
