An interesting mindfulness tool - halfway wondered how I could carry on with the exercises but just realized that of course I can't, I'm on an ebook haha. Would probably be more interesting in hardcopy!

This is an excellent mindfulness workbook. I would suggest sitting down with a paperback edition and giving time to each exercise. This is not a book you can sit and read in a day. If you actually want to make changes in your life. I am a psychotherapist and I struggle with being mindful. It is a skill that requires daily practice if you want to reap the benefit.
I really enjoy looking for books for myself and for recommendations for my clients, this book is easy to follow and covers a lot of areas. This is a book I would recommend.

Practical book with lots of exercises to improve on your outlook of life.
Not so much a "read on one go" book, but one you slowly work day by day, and over and over.
Mindfulness in general is the key to a happier, healthier life, so if we can use it as a tool to help us develop our self-love, then that’s brilliant. This workbook gives you the skills and techniques to build up and practise, so being kind to yourself becomes second nature. Often we can be so cruel to ourselves - some of the things we say, we wouldn’t dream of saying to our loved ones - this book is a helping hand during those times when you’re not your own biggest fan. It teaches you to be kind to yourself, to have more confidence, to treat yourself with the compassion you deserve, and to treat yourself the same kinder way you would treat others. Often, we are far more patient and kind towards others, but rarely show ourselves that same level of respect. You can work through at your own pace, and keep referring back to previous sections as often as needed. Would definitely recommend.

This is an excellent and thorough workbook for anyone looking to beginner their mindfulness journey or for those who may have started already but want to engage with new resources. I found it very useful that this workbook built itself up brick-by-brick. Each concept was presented in light of previous concepts and skillsets practiced in the workbook. There was a ton of affirming and validating language which helped when things felt a bit intense from all the introspection. This workbook also does a good job of staying vague in terms of why someone may be using it, but still invites the reader to practice skills that could benefit them nonetheless. Not all of the exercises rang true for me, but that is not a negative thing. What doesn't strike a chord for me, may for someone else.
A great resource to learn how to be mindful of your life and the decisions you make. This book is well organized and easy to use, content is presented in a manner that this workbook is a resource for both people who are just beginning their journey into mindfulness and those who have been utilizing this Cognitive aspect for years.

Mindfulness Workbook for Self-Love packs a lot of punch! This was a really comprehensive workbook that had a lot to offer. I loved the interactive nature, it was really great to work through and had a lot of tangible tips and reflections.

This is an easy to use workbook that shows you how to self-love and also tells you the benefits of self-love. It is a great boost following a break up or bout of depression.
Joel Black's Mindfulness Workbook for Self-Love is an excellent workbook for those mired in self-criticism and shame and are looking for wise strategies and practical exercises to increase their abilities to love themselves well. I highly recommend!

So often we worry about self-love and mindfulness and seldom know what it actually means. This book was enjoyable, informative and educational . I genuinely really enjoyed going through this book. Everyone should read this book and the exercises in the book are well thought of and I cannot recommend it enough. I received a complimentary copy and all opinions expressed are entirely my own.
Mindfulness is a term most people have likely heard a lot about over the past few years. This book contained many activities that were clearly explained and simple to do. It's a fill-in book, so a print copy would probably be preferred for many. This could be a valuable resource for readers to do on their own or in conjunction with therapy, if they are participating in that.
I genuinely really enjoyed going through this book. It is simple, easy to navigate and enjoyable to read. The activities were well thought out, and the explanations were interesting.

This workbook is great. It breaks down mindfulness so that it's easy to understand for people who may not be familiar with it, and it has great exercises! I love it and think it is a great tool that can be done with or without a therapist.
I really, really enjoyed this one and I honestly can’t wait to add it to my physical collection on my shelf!
