The Foreword and the Introduction were very nicely written, and they both brought amazing points to think about.

When I got the short stories, I was face-to-face with an illustration. I wasn’t expecting it but it was a pleasant surprise.

I found myself slowly loosing interest as the first story went on. It was a mix of the writing and the story just not being for me. Though I will say that the story was very atmospheric and the characters were well written.

The stories were certainly ones that stuck with me, I find myself thinking of them once in a while after finishing them. Household is my favourite of them all.

This is a well written set of ten short stories. I have not read any of Hank Schwaeble's stories before, so this is a good introduction on his writing style. I enjoyed all of these stories and hope to come across more of his writing in the future. My favorite of them all though, is Shifty Devil Blues!
