I found this book to be very informative. It is about how correct breathing techniques can improve a day by relieving stress and helping with emotional healing. The two things I learned about proper breathing are to breathe in and out through your nose and when stressed or anxious to remember the phrase “When in doubt, Breathe it out!” The book is loaded with breathing exercises to relieve anxiety, help you focus, boost your creativity, and help reduce pain. I found the breathing exercise for relieving headaches to be very effective. There are so many exercises for different situations; I wish it came with a cheat sheet so I could have them on hand when needed. If you need help breathing better, this is the perfect book for you.
