This is another good book by Leslie North. The two main characters are Aubrey and Jarah. Aubrey is working at a new restaurant in Jarah’s country. Jarah stops at his friend’s new restaurant and the door is locked. Aubrey comes to the door and sees him but doesn’t let him in until the friend says to let him in. There is an instant attraction, they have a one nightstand. She leaves the country and goes back to the United States. Four months later she realizes she is pregnant. They have some issue to work out and together they do. They fall in love.

Aubrey and Crown Prince Jarah have one great night together. Aubrey gets pregnant and returns to America to see her grandmother. When she return to work in Rihamel Jarah asks her to marry him to create a family for their unborn child. At first she refused but then they compromise - he will buy her her grandmother’s vineyard in exchange for marriage.

A fast paced novel. Not much depth to the characters, neither of who seem particularly likeable. Not my favourite.

This book was far more fluffier than I expected it to be but in a pleasant sort of way. This book's main characters were both really charming to me (well, most of the time, the vineyard storyline drove me bonkers). The 'meet-cute' and the circumstances that lead to the pregnancy were entertaining. I loved the family dynamic on the Sheikh's side more than anything. It was the highlight of my read experience.

The book went by quick (It was relatively a short read) which was great other than it felt like the MCs fell in love really suddenly. It went from hookup to lukewarm to completely into each other willing to give up their worlds in what felt like a few days times. Given she was pregnant, I guess I could understand WHY they were all in for each other.

The drama was top tier and kept me very entertained. The trust the Sheikh and his family had in his wife was refreshing to the romance genre. Not as much misunderstanding in this book, just men not using their brain cells when it comes to being emotionally intelligent haha.

I did not read the other books before or after in the series so I can't speak if it interconnects with the other stories. The book did exactly what it promised and I was happy with how it wrapped every thing up as sometimes I find some author's go for the overly cheesy perfect ending. This one, however, did the right thing and showed development in the last few chapters and ended slightly different than I thought it would.

This is how I fell in love with Leslie North's writing ... sexy Sheikh romances!

Aubrey and Jarah have one incredibly sexy night together and then she goes back to America. When she returns, she's pregnant and Jarah does what he considers the right thing to do - he marries her. In exchange for saving her grandmother's vineyard.

I really enjoyed Aubrey and Jarah's story. Theirs starts with steamy passion in the beginning, then bumps and bruises when they get married, and slowly turns into a romantic marriage.

This was such a fun read and, as always, I loved the sexy Sheikh! I will admit I'm craving more of this family and hoping Leslie North continues. I'd love to see Mikal (the Sheikh's brother) get his own happy ending.

The story was well written. Leslie North has written another great romance.

If you’re looking for a great read; then this is the book to read. Crown Prince Jarah meets his princess Aubrey. I so love reading about Leslie North’s Sheikh’s. These Sheikh’s are awesome.
Crown Prince Jarah meets Aubrey who is an American in his country with her boss. The two have a passionate night. Aubrey finds out she is pregnant. Aubrey also finds out that her grandmother is selling the vineyard that she loves. Jarah finds out that Aubrey is pregnant and wants to marry her. Aubrey refuses and Jarah finds out about her grandmother selling the vineyard and offers to buy it if Aubrey will just marry him. Aubrey and Jarah really did not know each other yet he wants to marry her. Well I do get it Aubrey is pregnant with an heir to throne. Jarah knows how much Aubrey wants the vineyard; so Aubrey has a decision to make.

This is a great love story with the prince meeting his princess who is pregnant with an heir to the throne. Loved how Jarah kind of used blackmail to get Aubrey. They are so cute together.

Sometimes fairy tales do come true and this book by Leslie fills that category. While it may have been a one night romance, it came with a long term commitment. It may be fanciful that the Crown Prince would go ahead and marry a commoner, he did and with a good story for us along with it. That’s why I liked it. It allowed me to escape into a different world for one afternoon. A solidly written story of two people who find their happily ever after.

General review: I should have done some research before picking up this book- I reviewed another ARC of North's and wasn't a fan. I can confirm I don't like their style. There were inconsistencies that made it difficult to understand major plot points- I was 30% theough the book when I realized H was next in line for the throne. The middle brother had the title Sheikh, I'm used to that being the top seat. The relationship was a one night stand, followed by an undetermined time apart, but h realizes she's pregnant a week before returning. The marriage was only a week old and already h is showing and in love with H. I liked H's character, but there was nothing about their relationship that made love plausible on either side. I was also confused on how wealthy the small/expansive (another inconsistency- for the love of god get an editor!) country was. The hospital didn't have a sonogram machine when MIL was pregnant with H? Seemed like such a weird, confusing detail to include in a story with awkward time jumps and so many continuity mistakes.
I know exactly what book this is trying to be and I'll content myself with a reread of that instead.

Jarah and Aubrey's love story was a wonderful read. It changed tones throughout as the story progressed. I enjoyed this story very much. It was fun to see how Aubrey wins over the hearts of Jarah's people.

I felt like Aubrey and Jarah’s story was a lot of frosting without much cake. Not a lot of depth in the story and very fast paced. The “I love yous” seemed to come out of nowhere and seemed rushed in the book.

This story is about Jarah, a crown prince, and Aubrey, an American girl. After a single night of passion, Aubrey ends up accidentally pregnant with Jarah’s baby. They agree to get married for the sake of the baby and to save Aubrey’s vineyard.

Everything just seemed too easy. Jarah tells Aubrey that they need to get married and she says no but as soon as he offers to buy her the vineyard she instantly switches up and says yes without even thinking or hesitating about it. Like at least offer a little bit of conflict.

This story is extremely fast paced, a little bit too much for my liking. I am a big fan of the accidental pregnancy trope but I feel like this one wasn’t written well compared to others I have read. The plot was lacking and the points that were made felt skipped over and very brief. There was some development for the characters but I feel it was quite forced, fast and didn’t feel very natural. The book was short but in my opinion I think you can still achieve depth without having to make a book extremely long.

Passionate one night stand turns into a lot more. Aubrey’s only focus is the family vineyard her grandmother is selling. Jarah will do whatever it takes to keep her and his baby close, even if it means buying a something he has zero interest in. He is definitely focused on his duties more than anything else which gives Aubrey room to doubt his intentions and even her own. He works hard to gain her trust and love, knowing it’s all he needs in life. Adorable ending. ❤️

When I think of romance, I think of books just like this one, that gives all the feels and satisfies every romance junkies' heart. This is a perfect books to snuggle up with on any day. This one took by surprise! Leslie North is one of my favorites!
