Thank you netgalley and publisher for this ARC
What a great Christmas story. Full of romance and a great fast read. I loved how the book sucked you in & the characters. I recommend this book to my book buddies.
If you still need a sweet romcom to get you in the mood for Christmas, look no further!! Once Upon a Christmas is set in a fictional country during Christmas time and is filled with all things Christmas. Love, snow, cocoa, sleigh rides, and a Prince Charming! I really love Gracie and her unfaultering confidence in her choice of work. No matter how many people look down on her, she keeps going strong. Surprisingly, even though this one did have the typical snowball fight scene, it was very well done. Every Christmas time cliche was actually done very well. I didn't find it cheesy at all but a tad predictable. I thoroughly enjoyed this and recommend it to anyone looking for a fun Christmas time read!
Once Upon a Royal Christmas by Teri Wilson 2as a darling Christmas novel, the story of a party princess company owner who is entered into a contents by her manager and when she wins, reluctantly goes to the kingdom of San Glacera where she meets the prince of her dreams, but is he really? A perfect book for the holidays and they include the recipe for the famous San Glacera hot chocolate!
What a delightful Christmas escape!! As always, Teri Wilson makes it easy to get caught up in the magic and fantasy of a fairy tale romance. The characters are endearing, relatable, and charming!! The book moves fast, too fast for how good it was!! I was enthralled and taken away...loved it!!!
This is a charming Hallmark book about a party princess named Gracie with a big heart. She wins a contest to go to the kingdom of San Glacera to help publicize their Christmas festivities. She meets Prince Nick in a cute case of mistaken identity, but unfortunately he doesn’t think that an American party princess snowflake will help his country.
I really liked this easy read, the characters are fun and it definitely put me in the mood for Christmas! 4 stars.
Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed as in this review are completely my own.
A heartwarming Christmas story about a make-believe princess and a real prince. Gracie, who is a party planner, is Princess Snowflake. She wins a chance to visit a quaint kingdom and help them with their Christmas events, to incite more travel and Christmas activities after a few lulls. And Gracie really needs the money to help her in her business. The banks won't help, and even scoff at her princess gowns. But when Gracie arrives, she soon falls for the prince, who isn't so charming at first. I really loved San Glacera-the setting was like a character of its own-and all the holiday descriptions were such a charm.
Gracie Clark is working her dream job, acting as Princess Snowflake for events. But when she is in need for more money to finance her business, no bank is willing to give her a loan. One day her best friend enters Gracie in a contest to go to San Glacera and stay in a Royal Castle with the Royal Family. If she is selected, the publicity would help her business, along with the $30,000. Of course, Gracie is the lucky winner and is heading to San Glacera for Christmas!
.
Prince Nikolas was never on board with "Princess Snowflake" coming to his kingdom. He thinks it is a terrible idea to have some over the top Princess Actress to help the Kingdom get some good publicity.
.
Gracie and Prince Nikolas have many differences... but lets be honest people. This is a Halmark Christmas book... we all know what happens!
This was the perfect Christmas book!

Thanks to the author, publisher, and NetGalley for the ARC of this book. I did not expect to like this book so much!
But it would be a great one to actually make into a movie. The dogs were great.
She pretends to be a princess at children’s parties.
But can she melt a real prince’s frosty heart?

I did not expect to love this as much as I did. It was such a cute and feel good Christmas romance. I loved the idea of her being a party princess and going to meet a real life prince in a winter wonderland. It was just so heartwarming. I loved their story and I wish Hallmark would make this into an actual movie because it would be adorable. I also love how many dogs we got to see in this. Mittens and Gumdrop are amazing.

** I received this as an E-ARC from NetGalley and the publisher in exchange for my honest review, Thank you!**
I had a great time reading this book. It was cute, adorable and gave me all the cozy vibes. I'm very happy that this book involves the Christmas theme, It's perfect for a sweet holiday read. This is a clean romance but I enjoyed every second of it. It was honestly like a hallmark movie but in book form. I completely recommend giving this a read. It will give you all the cute, cozy and Christmas romance vibes.
I love a good Hallmark movie. It is even better if it is about a royal family.
This is a sweet story about an American Party Princess who is trying to bring you in the lives of children, while also maintaining a successful business. Her friend and business partner, enters her in a context to win $30,000. All she has to do in play the party Princess at a festival in an European country. She did not expect to meet the real Prince Charming during her stay.
This was really cute. I was looking for a sweet holiday romance to read before Christmas and this fit the bill. This was my first novel from Teri Wilson and I really liked her writing style. The development of the romantic relationship seemed pretty natural and believable, which was great because this tends to be my biggest gripe with most romantic contemporaries. I thought the ending was really sweet. This had all the makings of a magical winter wonderland coupled with some royals to make things elevated and dramatic. Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for this advanced copy in exchange for an honest review.
Definitely hallmark vibes. I loved royal romances especially around the holidays. Nick and Gracie’s story was sweet and tender and perfect for a romance read.
Gracie Clark, runs a children’s party business and performs as "Princess Snowflake." She wants to expand her business, but she needs a loan and keeps being turned down. Her best friend and business partner, enters her in a contest to win $30,000 if she is selected to play a character in the annual Ice Village festivities and accompany the royal family to holiday events in San Glacera. Prince Nikolas is the heir to the throne and while he is away on a royal activity, his family is convinced by his sister to hold the contest to raise tourism. They depend on tourism and it is on the downward spiral, so they need to do something. Of course, Gracie wins, but can she also win the heart of the prince?
Once Upon a Royal Christmas is a fun, Hallmark story where a commoner from the US meets, falls in love and eventually gets her happily ever after with a prince from a small European Country, San Glacera. Gracie has a heart of gold and loves making children happy. She wants them all to see and celebrate whatever is unique about themselves. She has some sadness in her past, surrounding a previous relationship as well as her talent as a singer, and she needs to work through it if she wants to find happiness. This is a beauty and the beast type trope, with Nikolas being a grump and not wanting anything to do with the fake princess. As they get to know each other, due to forced proximity, they begin to see different sides of each other. The rest of the Royal Family and staff are happy to push them together and they finally find their happily ever after. This is a bit of a predictable story, but I did enjoy it with it's fun characters, humour and the dogs who also play a part in getting them together.
A sweet, feel-good Christmas romance. Exactly what you would expect from Hallmark.

This was a 4 ⭐ read for me. It was a quick, cute holiday read with a predictably happy ending. I enjoyed the enemies to love storyline and the setting was described in a very Christmas-y, magical way.
Pure and utterly delightful Christmas romance! Seriously, this book made me crave hot chocolate on more than one occasion. Teri Wilson is an amazing writer, breathing new life into classic Christmas romance tropes. Beautifully done.
This is a charming love story with a fairy tale ending! I really liked the characters and how Gracie melted Prince Nicolas' heart as they spent time with each other. It is a perfectly cozy, light read during the busy Christmas season. A recipe for Royal hot chocolate is included. Yumm!
