Lovely book to read. It was very well written. Good plot and a mix of characters. Lovely read for the festive period

Oh what a tangled web! I felt a little bit like I was reading Midsummer Night's Dream, just because of the interwoven relationships and drama that comes with young love. This is a cute book that focuses on values, priorities, and looking into your heart to see what you truly want from life. It's set against a beautiful wintry backdrop of an Amish Christmas, but could occur at any time...

Shelley Shepard Gray has done it again with "Christmas at the Amish Market". Plus, she teamed up with Hallmark which is my favorite!!

Wesley has to oversee his family’s Amish market during the busy Christmas season after his dad suffers a heart attack and it leaves his very little time for courting his girlfriend, Liesl. Liesl makes a suggestion to Wesley about her aunt Jenny helping out to allow them time to spend together. Little did Wesley know that her aunt was not an older woman, but was around the same age as Liesl and very pretty. When Jenny arrives, she realizes that how lucky Liesl is to have a handsome, charming and hard working young man-just what Jenny has always wanted in a boyfriend since she is coming out of relationship that left her broken hearted. Liesl helped out Roland’s wife when she was battling cancer and bedridden and she steps up to the plate once again by helping the widower watch his 4 year old daughter, Lilly, when no one else is available. She becomes fond of the little girl and wants to spend time with the both of them. With Jenny working for Wesley and Liesl helping Roland, Wesley and Liesl begin to question their relationship with each other.

Such an enjoyable book that can be read anytime of the year-not just around Christmas. I found the book to be refreshing and delightful, holding my interest from page one.

All words and opinions are my own. I was given a complimentary copy of this book from NetGalley and the publishing for my honest review.
