I gave the first book 5⭐️ but now that I’ve read the second one I don’t know what to do. Can I give 6⭐️?
I’m going to start calling these kinds of experiences the ACOTAR effect. When I read the first ACOTAR I had a great time and gave it 5⭐️, but when I went into the second one I was flabbergasted. This is exactly what happened with Shadow Kissed and Midnight Crown.
For me, it was a big part of what made the second book so great, but please check the trigger warnings because it gets real dark real quick!
